Courses we offer
All courses will be run in the afternoon between 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm
(Six days a week).
•CENTRAL SUPERIOR SERVICES
Introduction
The School for Public Services is a unique institution in the capital
which is preparing the young aspirants for civil services. We do
understand, there are a number of such academies in the city
offering training and coaching for appearing in CSS and Provincial
Services Exams. But ours is the only institution which is run by
senior Retired civil and military ofcers. while realizing the need
for taking the examination in a extremely methodical manner;
we do imbibe the spirit of dedication and motivation for service to
the nation .
Objectives
School for Public Services aims to prepare prospective public
servants for a successful entry into the public services,
particularly through civil services’ competitive examinations. It
will ultimately endeavor to sensitize practicing public servants
about public policy issues and proactive responses to public
services’ delivery, their implementation and oversight and policy
formulation..

Training Methodology
Fortunately this institution is managed by retired civil and
military persons of demonstrated success in their professions,
retiring from the highest positions. Two of them are former
members of the Federal Public Service Commission – an
experience that eminently enables them to prepare candidates
for success in competitive examinations. They have rsthand
knowledge and experience of expectations from such candidates
and the expertise to help them attain success.

Introduction
It has been our desire and effort to impart training to young
human resource to qualify the exam and prepare them to serve
the people with devotion and dedication . It is our endeavor to
assist and guide the students in such a manner that they qualify
the exam in their rst attempt. In a very friendly atmosphere we
try to improve the initiative of young students to accept the
challenges which they would be likely to face in service as well
The primary objective of the school is to assist candidates
desirous of competing for the civil services. The school aims at
dening their vision, enlarge their perspective and
understanding of Pakistan as a strategic state in the global
village, and improve their comprehension of issues facing us and
the world.
Our focus is on improving the capacity of the candidates to
comprehend, analyze, hypothesize and synthesize. This will help
hone their intellectual capacity and chisel their mental faculties,
including capacity to articulate and argue.
The school will employ a variety of methodologies to transfer
knowledge and improve the candidates’ capacity to articulate
and communicate meaningfully and successfully. It will have
interactive teaching sessions with the help of latest technology,
encourage research and reading, and improve the candidates’
communication skills
.
Thus the candidates will have the benet of experience, quality
and vision unavailable elsewhere. The Managing Committee is
chaired by Mr. M.Kashif Murtaza, a retired Federal Secretary with
a varied experience as a DMG ofcer. He also served as
Member/FPSC.
