by the Box Elder County Commission
Pursuant to Section 17C-3-107 of the
Utah Code Ann., the Box Elder County
Commission (the County Commission”)
is providing this notice with respect to
Ordinance 394 which was passed by the
County Commission on December 17,
2014, adopting the official Washakie
Economic Development Project Area
Plan (the “Official Plan”), as approved
by the Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”) on the
same date, and directing that notice of
adoption of the Official Plan be given
as required by law. Ordinance 394 and
the Official Plan shall become effective
