SPACE IS LIMITED! To be eligible for Public School Pre-K in the 2015– 2016 school year, your child must be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2015. All children meeting the age requirements and living in Lafourche Parish may register for Public School Pre-K. Space Is Limited A screening process will be used to determine placement. Parents will be notified in May 2015, with a placement decision. Late registration will result with your child being placed on a waiting list. Parents should bring:  Child’s birth certificate    Child’s immunization record Child’s social security card Proof of residence/address (Entergy bill) HEAD START PROGRAM To be eligible for Head Start services in 2015–2016, your child must be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2015, or 3 years old before the date of entry. Head Start serves children with disabilities.
