SNAPDRAGON’S JOKE
A Pastor goes to the dentist for a set of false teeth.
The first Sunday after he gets his new teeth, he talks for
only eight minutes.
The second Sunday, he talks for only ten minutes.
The following Sunday, he talks for 2 hours and 48 minutes.
The congregation had to mob him to get him down from the
pulpit and they asked him what happened.
The Pastor explains the first Sunday his gums hurt so bad
he couldn't talk for more than 8 minutes.
The second Sunday his gums hurt too much
To talk for more than 10 minutes.
But, the third Sunday, he put his
Wife's' teeth in by mistake and he couldn't shut up...

Tech Savvy for Seniors
The Omeo Service Centre (Library) will be holding some Tech Savvy Seniors sessions in February
focusing on email and social media.
Tech Savvy Seniors offers free training sessions teaching older people how to access information
and stay connected with their family, friends and communities.
Victorian Tech Savvy Seniors is a Seniors Card Age Friendly Partners Program with Telstra. It is designed to give
older people, particularly those in regional and rural areas of Victoria the opportunity to develop skills to use technology for socialising, accessing important services, or conducting personal business.
Thursday, 26 February 2015
Introduction to email part 1
This workshop covers the basic steps you need to help keep in touch with your family and friends
using email. It will explain how to set up an email account, how to send an email, and how to
read and reply to emails that have been sent to you.
10.00am - 12.30pm
Introduction to social media part 1
This session walks you through the internet’s most popular social media applications. By the end,
you’ll have a good understanding of what social media is and which services you can use and when.
It’s not an in-depth guide to using the services (those come in later sessions), but an overview of
what they are and what they can do.
1.00pm – 3.30pm
Bookings are essential as places are limited to 5 participants per session.
Phone 5152 4225 to secure your place.
