Key updates to SAP® Talent Visualization by Nakisa® 4.0+
Enhanced AdminConsole™
SuccessionPlanning™ has new views for all org charts via a new
view designer in the AdminConsole™. HR & Executives also have
the ability to secure modules, sub-modules and all write-backs/
tasks. Further, we’ve implemented new TREX wizards to create
new reports and offer new HRTMC service configuration support
within the AdminConsole. Lastly, HR & Executives now also have
the ability to integrate with the MSS and ESS talent profiles via
basic admin configurations.
Nominations/data maintenance
With this functionality, Managers can easily nominate successors
for positions directly from the employee details panel. Managers
also gain the ability to nominate employees as talent to Talent
Groups, nominate key positions, and assign core competencies
to positions within their own area of responsibility.
Mobility information
Managers can view their employees’ indicated preferred and
non-preferred locations (i.e.: cities, countries, regions) in the
“Career Aspirations” tab. These indicated preferences are directly
communicated from CareerPlanning™ . If an employee changes
his/her preferences, the Manager can automatically see the
updates.
New Collaboration Tool
Introduction of the “Notes” section across all STVN applications
to support alignment between talent management decisionmakers. HR, Managers, and Executives can publish public
or private notes for more effective communication and
collaboration.
StrategicTalentReviews™
A new module that ensures all key stakeholders in a talent
review process are involved, prepared, and engaged. Managers
can manage and actively contribute to talent assessments,
prepare for talent review meetings in advance, review postmeeting follow-ups and easily update task progress and
completion. HR professionals are able to generate talent review
reports, plan and maintain talent review meetings, track and
manage talent assessments, and easily launch the talent review
grid to access the talent details panels. Executives have access
to the pre-meeting agenda in order to prepare notes and
discussions, visibility into meeting participants, assign meeting
follow-up items and track task completion progress.
DevelopmentPlanning™
Allows managers to align development initiatives with
employees’ career aspirations, performance evaluations, and
succession plans. Managers can easily browse the companywide development catalog to match tasks to employees’ needs/
wants. Lastly, with DevelopmentPlanning™, Managers are
enabled to create and assign development targets to their team
on an on-going basis to ensure a full range of skill coverage.
