VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
March 20, 2015
Thank you so much for your interest and support in PSAA’s 4th Annual Spring Symposium on March 20, 2015 at Billy
Baroos in Tukwila, WA.
1. Each VENDOR BOOTH SPONSOR will receive a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Tables will be draped with a plain white tablecloth. Of course you are welcome to change that out with yours or put yours over the top. Many of you have fabulous
trade show displays but please keep in mind that you are LIMITED TO A TABLE TOP DISPLAY not to exceed the width
or length of your 6’ table. The cost is $500.00.
2. This VENDOR BOOTH also includes ONE VENDOR LUNCH and a 2¼” x 3¾” black & white advertisement in the program. PLEASE SUBMIT ARTWORK TO NPASSIST@MSN.COM NO LATER THAN MARCH 2.
3. Please remember to register additional employees that’ll be joining us for lunch. Additional lunches are $35 per person. DEADLINE FOR THIS IS MONDAY, MARCH 17…you may also pay on the day of for any last minute add-ons, but
please help us plan accordingly by registering by the due date.
4. Vendor setup is on Thursday, March 19, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. All booths are to be set up on this date…NO
EXCEPTIONS.
5. If you need power for your booth please let us know.
6. If you plan on having a drawing at your booth that will be announced at the end of the day. Please let me know so we
can account for enough time for everyone!
7. On Friday the 20th, the Symposium opens at 7.30am and concludes at 2pm. We ask that you have your booth ready
to receive attendees by 7:00 a.m. We also ask that you refrain from tearing down your booth until the Symposium has
officially been concluded by the Vice President.
8. Please do not hesitate to call or email with questions or let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you. You
