International Transfer Certificates Issued Last updated: 16/02/2015 The following list of players have been granted an International Transfer Certificate (ITC) in accordance with Article 9 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (the Regulations). In accordance with Annexe 3a.4 of the Regulations, an association has 30 calendar days to reply to the original ITC request. If no response is received from the players former association within 30 calendar days the FAW will issue a “provisional registration”. The players listed below have been registered on the FAW central player registration database in accordance with FAW rule 55(a) and 55(b). IN ALL CASES PLEASE CHECK WITH THE RELEVANT LEAGUE BEFORE PLAYING. This list will be updated daily upon receipt and registration of an International Transfer Certificate.
