Date: April 10 – 12, 2015 Venue: Sport Palace “Lokomotiv” Kotlov str., 90/1, Kharkov Competition date: Saturday the 11th & Sunday the 12th of April Membership: Holder of nationality of the participating country. Must recommended be the National Association member WTF. WTF GLOBAL ATHLETE LICENCE (GAL) MANDATORY FOR ALL COMPETITORS Method of Competition: Single elimination tournament according to WTF Competition Rules. Age categories: Cadets male and female born in 2001 to 2003. Juniors male and female: born in 1998 to 2000. Seniors male and female: born in 1998 and older. (Juniors born in 1998 compete as a junior or as a senior. Competing in both categories is not allowed) Weight Categories: Senior male -54, -58, -63, -68, -74, -80, -87, +87 kg Senior female -46, -49, -53, -57, -62, -67, -73, +73 kg Junior male -45, -48, -51, -55, -59, -63, -68, -73, -78, +78 kg Junior female -42, -44, -46, -49, -52, -55, -59, -63, -68, +68 kg Cadet male -33, -37, -41, -45, -49, -53, -57, -61, -65, +65kg Cadet female -29, -33, -37, -41, -44, -47, -51, -55, -59, +59kg Team registration: Registration must be made ONLINE by TAEKOPLAN via www.tpss.nl . Entries will stop at 1000 players. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT THE LATEST - 5th of April 2015. Registered entries after Dead Line will not be accepted! Entry Fee: Entry fee is 75 € per competitor. Entry fees should be paid during the registration before the tournament on Friday the 10nd of April TIME TABLE: Friday – April 10 Registration & weigh-in at the: 13:00 –19:00 hrs (local time) for all competitors Each contestant has to pay 20 Euro for changing his weight division. After taking part at the official weigh in, changes of weight classes will not be allowed!!! The registration application implies that the contestants agree to assume all responsibility for themselves and to release all others from all and any liability which may directly or indirectly result. Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. However an Official Invitation for the Referees will be sent to Participating Federations. Conditions for Referees Round trip airfare shall be borne by each participating referee. The Organizing Committee will cover Hotel and Full board accommodation from 2015-04-10 (check in from 16.00) until 2015-04-13 (check out before noon: 12:00). The allowance will be 75 euro per day. Referee meeting at 19.00 Friday (April 10) in the Official hotel for the referees. Closing date for Referees registration is April 5th, 2015 (registration through e-mail: office@ftu.com.ua) Protest: Only the official coach is a allowed to protest, immediately after the end of the contest. An amount of € 100 (Euro) will have to be paid for each protest. The decision of the referee chairman is final. Equipment: The Organizing Committee will provide to the participating contestants DAEDO PSS, Electronic Body Protectors and head gears. Groin/forearm/shin guards and gloves, mouth piece, DAEDO sensing socks are compulsory and must be brought by the contestant for their personal use. Participating contestants are required to wear WTFrecognized doboks and WTF-recognized protective equipment. Any contestant who wears unofficial doboks or protective equipment will not be permitted to compete. First Aid: Will be provided by the organisation and is only to be used in case of an emergency! Accommodation: Accommodation charges for room and boarding of the teams will be born by the participants. Together with accommodation you can order lunch and dinner. Deadline for booking forms: 5th of April 2015. Transport: Organizing Committee will provide transport for those teams who will book rooms in Official hotel. Transport will be provided from Kharkov airport/railway station to hotels. If you need transportation from Hotel to sport hall, Organizing Committee will provide transportation for extra payment. Payment: Entry Fees and Accommodation must be paid in cash during the team registration on Friday, April 10th Visa: All teams who required visa invitation should send their request to the Ukrainian Taekwondo Federation (office@ftu.com.ua) with names, date of birth and passport-No. of all team members, competitors and officials (if possible, please send a excel file as email attachment). Organizing Committee will send invitation letter for visa to Ukraine.
