Robinson Rocket High School Relays Thursday, March 19, 2015 Entries Deadline: Tuesday, March 17th by noon Entries should be made through Trackmate Online. Entry Fee: $150 per varsity team and $100 for junior varsity teams (JV/V Boys and JV/V Girls would be $500). Make check payable to: Robinson Athletics 700 W. Tate Robinson, TX 76706 Attn.: Tommy Allison Coaches Meeting: Will take place at the football field locker rooms from 3:00-3:45 p.m. Scratch entries & approved substitutions only on the day of the meet– NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be a brief meeting at 3:45. Start Time: First gun (3200) and field events as close to 4:00 p.m. as possible Field Events: Discus, Shot Put, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault Varsity competitors will have 4 attempts in all events (except High Jump and Pole Vault) and JV competitors will have 3 attempts. Opening Heights will be determined in coaches meeting. Results: Should be available in each team’s packet at the end of the meet and can be emailed to coaches following the meet, but will be available through Trackmate Online. Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event and plaques will be given to the winner of each relay and division. Rules: No camps on infield, coolers in stadium; please have athletes keep camp areas clean. No spikes over 3/8” allowed on the track. No spikes in the stands. Meals: A $7 meal deal is available.
