The cost of camp is $450
Register at www.5starbasketball.com or mail in check
or money order for 200.00 deposit. Deposit is nonrefundable after April 30, 2015. The $250 balance is
due 30 days prior to the start of camp. Refunds are
only issued due to sickness or injury, less a $50.00
administrative fee. Written doctor’s notification must
be received by Five-Star to start the process. Tuition
includes camp t-shirt, other Five-Star giveaways,
accident and injury insurance over and above, the
camper’s family policy coverage.
