STUDENT ART WELCOMES VISITORS AT THE KIMBERLY AREA
SCHOOL DISTRICT’S ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Kimberly, Wis. – February 26, 2015 – Visitors to the Kimberly Area School District’s Administrative Office
will notice beautiful artwork created by students and recent alumni on display throughout the building. A new
display case was recently installed in order to feature ceramic artwork created by students. The art display in the
new case was unveiled by Kimberly High School (KHS) students Megan Kleist and Spencer Hoffman along
with KHS art teacher Pete Greeninger on February 23, 2015, during the Board of Education’s meeting. The
display is a series of ceramics pieces including vases, tea pots and a sculpture, created by current students and
recent alumni.
Framed artwork created by students is also displayed throughout the administration building. “Our students

The District will rotate the artwork to highlight different pieces created under the guidance of KHS art teachers
Heather Schaefer and Miki Wise in addition to Pete Greeninger. The art is borrowed from students and returned
when the display is updated.
