Where words fail, music speaks and that could not be any truer for Music City, USA native, rapper and song writer D Jizzle. The south Nashvillian, born Darrin Crockett, found his way into music at the age of eleven. At a time when Bad Boy and Magoo and Timbaland ruled the airways, Jizzle was able to relate to the messages and idea presented by rappers of the mid 90’s. The product of a single parent household, Jizzle attributes the passion he has for music and his desire to be a motivational rap artist to the struggles he endured as an inner city youth. He charges himself to change the outlook that the life of the streets is the only option to ‘make it out the struggle’. He wants the youth to be drawn to his lyrical content, as well as relate and find understanding in his words just as he did as a young adult listening to artists such as 2Pac, Young Buck, Cassidy and TI. Having worked with artist both domestically and internationally, Jizzle has been featured on and written songs for projects and artists all around the world. Known for his voice and style of rap, Jizzle is more than just a rapper. The father of two, daughter Tassija and son Darrin, Jr., is also a respected basketball coach and trainer in Nashville, TN. Hard work is the primary objective for Nashville rapper and song writer Gamespitta. The Music City native, born Jocques Pinkston, began his quest in music when he first realized his passion for writing after hearing Momma Loves Me on Jay Z’s 2001 Blueprint album. It was at that moment Spitta realized that music was his calling. Growing up in an era that many consider the best of rap, Spitta was able to pull inspiration from the likes of 2Pac, Jay Z, Cash Money, No Limit and, Tennessee rapper, MJG. With an immense desire to get his relatable message out to the world, Spitta relies on his experience with the struggles that he encountered as a Nashville youth. He attributes the dream of success to pulling him out and wants his listeners to hear that message. Still riding the wave of his first mixtape, A Silver Spoon in a Dirty Bowl, Spitta has performed at music festivals and venues all across the southern region of the US. Known for his ability to combine lyricism and street music, the father of five, sons Corey and Coron and daughters Jaida, Ja’Zelle and Jalaiyah, just wants his fans and listeners to now that his music cares about them.
