The symposium will be held in the Wong Kerlee International Conference Center,
located southeast of the intersection of University Avenue and Campus Street.
Take Interstate 10, (the San Bernardino Freeway), to the Anderson/Tippecanoe
exit. Turn right/south on Anderson Street, proceed two blocks, turn right/west on
Stewart Street. Turn left/south on Campus Street, proceed 1 block and then turn
right/west into the parking structure.

Course Fees
This program has been planned and implemented in accordance with ACCME
essentials and standards. The Loma Linda University School of Medicine office of
continuing medical education relies on its CME faculty to provide program content
that is free of commercial bias. Therefore, in accordance with ACCME standards,
any faculty and/or provider industry relationships will be disclosed and resolved.
The registration fee is $145 for physicians; $95 for nurses and other professionals.
Visa and MasterCard accepted. The program fee includes continuing education
credit and certificate, course syllabus, refreshments and Wednesday luncheon. Early
registration is recommended, as space is limited. Lunch cannot be guaranteed for
registrations received after 12 noon on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.

The overall objective of this course is to present information about the newest
advances in cardiac technology that would not otherwise be available to the target
audience, since these modalities are not yet available in standard textbooks.
