Renewal of the Electoral Roll: The Annual Easter Vestry meeting will be held on Sunday, 19 April 2015. The Constitution of the Church in Wales requires the Parochial Church Council to completely RENEW the Electoral Roll every 5 years. The last Electoral Roll was renewed in 2010; consequently, it is now time for its renewal. If you wish to have your name included on the Electoral Roll, even if your name appeared on the previous Electoral Roll, you must complete an application form which can be found on the table in the St Mary Chapel. It is important to read the Guidance Notes prior to completion of the form. Completed forms should be returned to Mrs Sandra Toulson by Sunday 29 March 2015. Lent lunches will be provided every Wednesday during Lent in the Church Hall, St. John's Church, Risca Road, starting on Ash Wednesday (18th February), from 12 noon to 1.00 p.m. All are warmly invited to come along.
