From Kelso follow the B6352 southbound to Yetholm. After driving
through the town going west continue on the B6401 for approximately
½ a mile. Take the first left on the road signposted for Duncanhaugh
and Hayhope. Continue down the track and cross the bridge after the
cattle grid and follow the track to the land.
Vacant possession will be given on entry by arrangement.
SITUATION
TITLE
The land lies to the west of Town Yetholm. It has good road access to
the major settlements nearby.
The property is sold under the conditions in the Title Deeds and
subject to any servitudes, rights of way, water and drainage rights

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The land according to The Macaulay Institute for Soil Research is Class
4 (2). It is mainly in grass and has been used for grazing. The land is in
good heart and produces good quality grass.
The property is essentially level apart from a boundary to the western
corner of the land that has a steep slope where some trees are present.
There is limited fencing to the land with no defined boundaries
between it and the adjacent field. The purchaser will be responsible for
the cost of fencing the land.
