The lecture series is organised in the framework of the “Spring Lecture Series ‘Parliaments in European and Global
Governance’ in the context of the Jean Monnet Network ‘Interparliamentary Cooperation in the EU's external action
– Parliamentary Scrutiny and Diplomacy in the EU and beyond’ (PACO). A full overview of the lecture series, including
