Welcome to ATSwins.com, the preeminent sports consulting firm on the planet. Since its inception in 1992, ATSwins.com has been ahead of the curve, always evolving through technology, manpower, and experience. ATSwins.com was established to cater to the average bettor. ATS developed an infrastructure that allowed us to deliver the most accurate picks in the industry, along with providing the best customer service. At the time, the sports gaming industry was better known for in-your-face sales tactics and our goal was to offer a much better alternative. In 1991, Bob Chase and a handful of investors had a vision when they established the company. From previous experience, they understood that stats and trends were not the best indicator to determine a winner. By crunching numbers in a computer using past trends and stats, that may have been enough to win nearly 50% of a card in any sport. Handicapping services produced what most people betting on their own did, which is lose money from season-to-season. Instead of winning with numbers, ATS' goal was to make an informed decision though information that the general public and linesmakers would not be able to retrieve. In the world of sports investing, performance is the barometer that one is measured by-and ours is simply unparalleled. We have a proven track record of providing the most accurate and reliable services to our clients by helping them navigate the changing landscape of the sports arenaboth today and in the future. We didn't achieve our lofty status by taking shortcuts. Hard work and organization have been key factors in winning nearly 67% of our selections overall. We've helped thousands of clients surpass their financial betting objectives and goals due to the quality of our information. ATS provides quality selections in four major sports including basketball, football, baseball and hockey as well as the CFL, WNBA, AFL, horse racing and NASCAR. We carry a variety of services from daily selections to full-season packages and we cater to the interests and needs of every type of sports bettor and will customize a program if asked. We also offer the award-winning publication, The ATS Weekly Blitz, providing meaningful stats, stories, power ratings and advanced selections for bettors; the 21st Century Sports Bettor, which is the comprehensive guide to sports wagering in the age of technology and free information; our new website at www.atswins.com, providing live scores, stats, lines, logs, stories, blogs, odds, trends, standings and much more. Most importantly, our friendly, knowledgeable and courteous customer service representatives treat our clients with world-class care. Many of our reps have been with ATS for well over a decade and can provide the guidance needed to maximize your profit. So take a few moments to look through the prospectus and if you have any more questions, contact an account executive toll free at 1-800-772-1287. We are always evolving, continue to improve though technology, hard work and knowledge. Through our commitment to both integrity and excellent customer service relations, we look to raise the standard of sports gaming globally. WON 70.2% of our Big Games last 10 years Have won 61.43% of our Underdogs last 10 years Why has the Baseball ATS Lock Club been so successful throughout the years? There are many reasons but we’ll focus on two keys. 1)Evolving. The game has changed in many ways throughout the last two decades so ATSwins.com has had to adjust through the evolvement of the game. For example, in the late nineties, home runs were hit a record pace and we adjusted before Vegas started posting higher totals. Pitchers were getting torched, but we were able to get through that era with a winning record and a major profit, while others stumbled. In 2007, after drug testing was established, the home run rate took a precipitous drop. Were others ready for such an alarming rate of the lack of long balls? We were and unders were used early and often that season until the books caught up. 2)Personnel. Having the best personnel (scouts, contacts) has enabled us to obtain the best resources that are not available to the general public or the other sports firms. The success of ATS wins.com can be attributed to several key factors. Predominant among them is their access to invaluable information that is not available to the general public. Having information on whether a pitcher is losing velocity due to a sore arm or a hitter is not seeing the ball due to fatigue is just examples of key information to help us track games. Another key factor in baseball is having knowledge about a team's bullpen. We track each pitcher to check out their form. We know whether they are sharp or wild, throwing straight or with movement and how whether their velocity is consistent or fallen off. There are two key differences between baseball, football and basketball. We call them betting advantages. Unlike football, in baseball there are a 10-15 games every day from late March through late October. Unlike basketball, you only have to pick the winner and not worry about your team covering the spread. Baseball handicapping has evolved throughout the years due to the advent of every kind of statistic known to man. The most popular are specialized statistics like OPS (on base+slugging) and Total Average (Total bases+hit by pitch+walks+stolen bases). These key stats help evaluate every player’s performance, but baseball is not just a game of numbers. It takes a skillset, a mindset and a confidence that sets it above every other sport. Athletes in football and basketball think they can dominate the sport and then realize that they can’t hit a curve ball. What we’ve been able to do through our 20+ years of hiring personnel is to adjust to every curve that baseball throws us and come back stronger. What we really love about this game is that it’s still played by people, not computers. It’s played between the white lines, inside the locker rooms, the video rooms, in spring training and the winter leagues. All professional sports are dictated by the health of athletes. This can be a detriment when it comes to handicapping baseball, but to ATSwins.com, it’s also an advantage. Throwing a baseball is not a natural motion, so teams have to be careful with pitchers - especially young ones. But winning takes precedence over health, and that's why guys go on the disabled list all the time. ATS knows when it comes to finding about who is healthy and who is playing hurt, which pitchers have dead arms and which ones are able to go the distance. MONEY MANAGEMENT IS A MUST Thanks to the power of information, knowledge and experience, there's one program suited to help you through this baseball season- the Baseball Lock Club. There are few commodities that have performed as well as the ATS Lock Club in the last two+ decades. For 24 years, the ATS Lock Club has had many highlights, several incredible seasons and many good ones. What we are most proud of is averaging 217.1 units per year for 24 seasons of the Baseball Lock Club. We have produced over 64% winners during that run. A $100 per unit client during that time has won an average of $21,710 per season. A $250 per unit client has won an average of $54,275 per season. Averaged winning 44.3 units in the opening month, 124.3 units from April-June over the last 12 years and 136.8 units from the All-Star Break-October the last six years. Collected in nearly 62.3% of the weeks in the second half last 10 years. Edge Plays win 71.7% last 12 years. Has WON 65.12% of our playoff selections last 12 postseasons. (These are underdogs that ATS' Baseball Consultants felt should have been favorites). 2 0 1 4 H I G H L I G H TS Closed regular season on a 12-4 run. Had streaks of winning five straight weeks and four straight (twice). WON nearly 125 units from mid-June (17th)-mid-September. When it comes to winning in baseball, it takes more than just picking the winner. Money-management is one of the most important factors when it comes to handicapping. If we release St. Louis (-200) over Florida as a 5-unit play and the game loses, our clients lose 10 units on one game. But if we have the other sideFlorida (+180) over St. Louis- our clients win nine units. It’s not worth giving out big favorites, but finding those big dogs is a obsession of ours. Over the last 10 years, ATSwins.com has won 61.5% of our underdogs and 70.2% of our big games. We've averaged winning 50.1 units in the opening month and collected 62.4% of the weeks in the second half. WON Totals Lock of the Year with the Under 7 in the LA Dodgers/St. Louis game (3-1) A true sports consulting firm, ATS employs consultants that have numerous scouts and contacts who work in baseball. We divide them into the two categories: The National and American League. We also have scouts for each division. These contacts are able to provide the consultants with the most direct, current and accurate information possible; eliminating any speculation and assumptions by outside parties. However, receiving this information alone is not key to our success. Having the experience and knowledge on how to analyze this data is what secures the profitable end results intended. WON Totals Lock with the Under 6.5 Washington/San Diego (1-2) Another invaluable part of sports consulting is experience and knowledge. ATS does have the experience required to turn this information into a realized profit. Comprised of skilled and educated sports advisors, ATS offers an impressive background in both gaming and financial investing-well over hundred years-combined staff experience. Their top ranking in the sports investment industry, as well as their overwhelming 92% repeat clientele clearly backs this claim. A commitment to continued success, not only on a daily basis, but well into the future, guarantees ATS is the right firm to guide your financial success. At ATS, your success is our goal. Now is the time to find out what the ATS Baseball Lock Club can do for you. That type of thinking doesn’t always work in baseball, but most often, the team that spends in the top 10 in payroll, usually comes out on top. The 2012 World Series Champion San Francisco Giants spent $117.9 million on their payroll. They spent over $53 million on three pitchers in Barry Zito, Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain. They spent about 30 million more than that to win the 2014 World Series, but the Series MVP Madison Bumgarner made just $3.95 million. They won just 88 games last year, but managed to get hot in the playoffs as a wild card team. In 2013, Boston spent $140 million and won the World Series with the fifth-highest payroll in the league. The Los Angeles Dodgers spent $220 million to lead the league, while this season, the New York Yankees have spent an incredible $260 million. That includes the signings of CF Jacoby Ellsbury, C Brian McCann, OF Carlos Beltran and Japanese pitcher Masahiro Tanaka. Last year, we said “watch out for Kansas City”, who ended up in the 2014 World Series. In 2014, Boston fell apart due to injuries and age and ended up going 71-91. Expect the Red Sox to improve this season with the additions of pitchers Rick Porcello, Wade Miley and Justin Masterson. While the rotation is much-improved, they lack a dominant ace. The offense adds 3B Pablo Sandoval, SS/OF Hanley Ramirez, OF Rusney Castillo and OF Mookie Betts to give them some speed and punch. Don’t be shocked if Houston and the Chicago Cubstwo perennial losers-make huge jumps thanks to offseason moves. The Astros went 70-92 last year as they’ve been trying to win the methodical way. The Astros added catcher/outfield Evan Gattis and pitcher James Hoyt from Atlanta. Gattis is 6-4, 260 and has hit 43 home runs over his last two years in just 723 at-bats, despite back issues. They have a talented young pitching corps led by Dallas Keuchel and Collin McHugh. George Springer, Jose Altuve and Chris Carter have star potential. The Cubs went 73-89 last season and have some of the best young talent in baseball. They traded for Houston center fielder Dexter Fowler and catcher Miguel Montero. They have rookie phenoms in OF Jorge Soler and 3B Kris Bryant, who will help improve an offense that ranked 12th in the NL in runs scored. Anthony Rizzo is a 25-year old first baseman with immense potential, while they now have a proven ace in Jon Lester. Yes, Theo Epstein has developed a potential monster in Chicago. On the downside, Atlanta traded away their top power guys in Jason Heyward, Evan Gattis, and Justin Upton. They’ve lost veteran starters Ervin Santana and Aaron Harang, who had combined for 64 starts. The Braves aren’t used to losing as they went from 96 wins to just 79 in 2014. Now they are going back to the Houston Astros version of grooming young talent for the next two years until they move into their new ballpark. Milwaukee traded away pitcher Yovani Gallardo to open up a spot for Jimmy Nelson in the rotation. This team thrives on mediocrity as they ended with an 8280 record last year. The addition of Adam Lind was a nice move for a team that was one or two pieces away from going to the playoffs, but they are still too far off. They need a bounce-back year from Ryan Braun, who probably won’t get much better without the aid of something illegal. Money doesn't necessarily buy championships, but it doesn't hurt your chances either. It just depends on how you spend your money. THERE IS NO SALARY CAP WHEN IT COMES TO A WINNING A FORTUNE IN THE LOCK CLUB. To ensure our consistent success, our job is to make certain we have every edge in the industry and that includes spending the extra dollar to do so. In other words, we'll do whatever it takes to win. We are the San Francisco Giants of the sports betting industry. We spend our money on quality information and come through in the clutch. Our baseball-only consultants acquire information that puts us on the right side of the games nearly 92% of the time. Here is some of the information that our baseball-only consultants acquire: Which teams hit over .312 versus flyball pitchers, but less than .229 against groundball pitchers. Which pitchers have dead arms in August. Which minor leaguers are ready for a call-up an which ones aren’t. Which bullpens are off-form and burned out. Which hitters struggle in certain stadiums. Which pitchers struggle at night on the road. Which teams are exhausted after a long road trip. These are just some of the types of factors that the average baseball bettor needs to know, but doesn't. Most handicappers think pitching is the key and the only important part of handicapping baseball. That's why they are handicappers and not in the sports information field. Pitching is crucial but so is knowing the hitters, the farm system, the tendencies of the manager, the defensive abilities of each player and the way each stadium affects the hitting and pitching. We keep tabs on every single player from the majors to minors and have scouting reports on every single player. Can player "A" hit the curve ball? Does he struggle against lefties? Which pitchers does he "own" and which pitchers does he struggle against? Can player "B" go from first to third on a ground ball single to right and how fast does he get from first to home? Does he have the range at shortstop, and can he go better to his left or to his right? These are some of the factors which keeps us ahead of the game, Vegas and the sportsbooks. To be a part of something that has been so successful for so long, is one of the best feelings you can have as a sports investor. That's because our members have the same confidence we have in our ability to achieve success like no other firm in the nation has in the past, present and will continue to do so in the future. That’s why sharp investors join the ATS Baseball Lock Club. That success has been a trademark of our firm for nearly 25 years, but it's only through hard work, dedication to our craft and a drive second-to-none, that we have a made a huge mark in this industry. They say "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" and if that's the case, there's a reason why our images and quotes have been copied by competitors throughout the industry for over two decades. We can understand why people would want to emulate something that has been as successful as the ATS Baseball Lock Club. Unfortunately, while they may look like ATSwins.com they can't duplicate our success. Nobody has been able to win consistently as the Lock Club. Yet our "front office" is never satisfied and their search for the "ultimate" season is a neverending hunt to achieve excellence every season and set the bar so high that no other firm in this industry will ever reach. ATS released Kansas City (-105) for 5 units. This release was made due to key information from our consultants (gathered from their scouts and contacts). Here are some of the examples: 1) The Royals were coming off a tough road trip to Cleveland, where they went 1-3. The offense produced 15 runs in four games but there was a feeling of optimism as the Royals felt they were close to breaking through with the bats. They were also 10-4 in their last 14 against the American League East. 2) Baltimore came off a successful road trip where they went 5-3 in Boston and then Toronto. Yet Baltimore felt more comfortable on the road because they were 2-4 in their first six at home. 3) Kansas City sent rookie Yordano Ventura to the mound after a poor performance against Minnesota. That was his first bad game after he allowed just one earned run in his first 13 innings pitched in two starts. Ventura struggled with control against the Twins, allowing four runs in four innings with four walks. He struggled with his release point and after a bullpen session, was back to his form in the first two starts. 4) Ventura was a young Dominican with a dominant fastball that could go over 100 and had struck out 19 batters in 17 innings. He also had a wicked change-up that could confuse batters. Baltimore had never faced him before and that was a major factor in this selection. 5) Baltimore starter Ubaldo Jimenez was once a prospect similar to Ventura, but as he got older, he was starting to lose velocity. He had not won in his first three starts as he allowed 27 hits in 21 innings along with five home runs. He was not the perfect pitcher for Camden Yards, due to his inability to keep the ball low in the zone. Kansas City had several high ball hitters, including Alex Gordon, who was one of their best hitters. 6) ATSwins.com’s brass never understood why the line was -105 nd started at Baltimore -110 when we released it. We felt that the number should have been closer to Kansas City -120 and when we noticed that the line was only -105, we jumped all over it. RESULT: Ventura dominated an Orioles lineup featuring Chris Davis (who hit 53 home runs the year before) and Adam Jones. He struck out eight in eight innings, allowing seven hits and walked just two in his seventh career start. Kansas City got to Jimenez in the first inning, scoring two runs and that was enough. Jimenez pitched decently after that, but ended with four walks and four earned runs in six innings. Erick Hosmer, Billy Butler and Alex Gordon opened up with three straight singles to start the game. This could have easily been a 10-0 game as the Royals left a remarkable 22 runners on base. But the bottom line was that Ventura was just too good for the Orioles’ bats. More importantly, ATSwins.com’s Lock Club clients won an easy 5-unit selection on Friday night.
