the Beast is meant to be FUN, so go as fast or slow as you want. The
fun starts June 6th at 10:00 a.m.

and maintaining your health and fitness is consistency. That is
why a stamp card will be provided to each Challenge participant.
You will be awarded points for your consistency in a variety of
ways: checking into the club, Bod Pod testing, attending group
Bootcamps and checking the CAC - Silver Lake Facebook page.
Various point levels will earn you special rewards and prizes (i.e.
free membership dues, personal training packages, massages, gift
certificates, and much more). Be sure to turn in your stamp cards
no later than Wednesday, June 24th. Everyone wins something!

The “Active Aging” encompasses our senior and baby boomer population. Active aging is not about not
aging. It is about healthy aging and accepting who you are now while aiming for a healthier version.
It is our goal to make exercise fun, to increase awareness of the benefits of a regular exercise program,
and to encourage older adults to take advantage of the many health and fitness programs offered at
Columbia Athletic Clubs. Classes have been developed to improve quality of life by improving strength,
agility, stamina and flexibility required to accomplish daily tasks. Active Aging programs also include
potlucks, luncheons, coffee breaks, educational seminars, and Game Day. For Tennis Members, we also
offer USTA Senior(55+) and Super Senior Fall League.

Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to give you an amazing 45-minute workout

these with fitness moves gleaned from Pilates as well as the grace
and wisdom of Yoga.
Yin Yoga:
This class is designed to stretch and lengthen the muscles of the
body. Great for athletes and yoga participants of all levels. Poses
