Pre-registration is strongly recommended. Full refund of conference tuition (less $50.00 administrative charge) is given until 4:30 p.m., eastern time, May 12, 2015. If conference materials are desired after cancellation of registration, they will be mailed after the conference and the price of the materials will be deducted from the refund. No refunds are made for cancellations after 4:30 p.m., May 12, 2015; however, materials will be forwarded immediately in full consideration for tuition paid. SEMINAR LOCATION & PARKING INFORMATION The conference will be held at the University of Kentucky College of Law, located at 620 S. Limestone in Lexington, immediately south of the central downtown area. Allow at least 30 minutes extra for parking. CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT This conference is approved by the Kentucky Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Commission for 6.5 hours of credit, as well as in “60 minute” states, including Indiana and Tennessee.
