Injury Prevention for Runners with Melanie S In this small group emphasis is placed on learning the right strategies for preventing the most common injuries and putting those strategies into practice through exercise, plyometrics and stretches. Functional Fitness Fusion with Bonnie F A wide variety of equipment and exercised are used to improve your posture, balane, strength, muscle tone and to decrease body fat. HIIT-LO with Vicky S Stand Tall - Feel Good with Freddy J A 30-minute energizing workout encouraging you to work at a high intensity level for a timed interval without using high impact movements such as running or jumping. Sessions are planned with individual members’ limitations in mind and appropriate modifications are made to exercises as determined by individual needs. Members are encouraged to determine their intensity level using a rate of perceived exertion (how hard you feel you are working).
