ORGANISATION: Association of Drama Practitioners
STOP-KLATKA
AIM: The main objective of the project is to prepare
young people to enter the labor market
TARGET GROUP: high school students – technical
secondary schools and grammar schools
OUTCOMES: During the workshop, participants have the
opportunity to discover their strengths, interests, skills, as
well as the needs and values of future work. After the
workshops trainees gain practical skills how to present
themselves on job interviews and communicate effectively.
They discover themselves and gain self-awareness

2. Theatre connects generations
ORGANISATION: The Bielsko Artistic Association
Grodzki Theatre
AIM: The aim of the project is to inspire innovative and
creative activities in the field of theater education,
especially among groups at risk of social exclusion and
intergenerational groups
TARGET GROUP: people at risk of exclusssion,
personnel working with adult learners
OUTCOMES: students become the independent,
responsible and cooperating entities having control over
their own learning

3. My New Way
ORGANISATION: Drama Way Foundation
AIM: to prepare the convicts to live in the society through
drama based activities stimulating cognitive, emotional and
motivational experience, enabling effective social learning
and ensuring the safety of participants
TARGET GROUP: people serving prison sentences,
identified as person presenting a substantial degree of
aggression in interpersonal relations
CONTEXT: According to well-established criminological
knowledge learning criminal behaviour is primarily based
on mastering specific motivations, attitudes, aspirations
and rationalization. The method supports the process of
correcting the attitudes and behaviour of the participants.

3. My New Way
METHODOLOGY: The programme consists of 10
workshops and has been developed on the basis od British
model of working with the convicted by James Thompson
and Michael Balfour, in which drama is the main method.
OUTCOMES: both the use of the specific nature of group
work and drama methods supports the process of
correcting the attitudes and behaviour of the participants

4. Voluntary Drama Academy
ORGANISATION: Association of Drama Practitioners
STOP-KLATKA
AIM: to enable volunteers to gain knowledge and skills,
so that they can create their own workshops and social
projects using the method of applied drama
TARGET GROUP: volunteers working for NGOs
OUTCOMES: development of personal and social
competencies needed to function effectively in the labour
market and in everyday life (such as team collaboration,
communication, creativity, proactivity)
