Transferability of MATH 1324 may depend on the institution in which it

Students pursuing a bachelor of science in TCMS are encouraged to
complete MATH 151 and 152.
Students pursuing a bachelor of arts are recommended to begin their
foreign language before applying to transfer if their home institution
offers the language they intend to use. Two years, 14 hours, of the same
foreign language is required to complete the bachelor of arts degree.
Students pursuing the bachelor of science are recommended to
complete MATH.
Additional Transfer Requirements
Transfer applicants must meet all College of
Liberal Arts requirements in order to be
considered for admission to the Department
of Communication (24 graded transferable
hours (minimum), with at least a 3.0 GPA at
the time of application). Transfer applicants
should have completed a full semester
course load of 12 transferable hours
(minimum) after graduating from high school.
Additional Information
The Department of Communication is
looking for students who are interested in
pursuing our degree as a focus. Students
should indicate our department as the
primary major they are interested in if they
wish to be admitted. Supporting materials
should reflect that the student is interested in
pursuing our degree.
Second-choice majors are considered.
