Fresh, organic foods are replacing frozen and pre-packaged foods in many popular restaurants and families are re-discovering eating homecooked meals together around the dinner table. AMERICA’S HOME COOKING: FROM THE GARDEN will show anyone who wants to use fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs from their own gardens or other community resources how to easily prepare tasty, healthy dishes.
