As home to the main campus of Louisiana State University and several smaller colleges, the city buzzes with the energy of youth while holding fast to its traditions in Southern lifestyle and historic sites. A revival is underway in the city center where attractions range from a riverfront casino to the USS Kidd floating museum to the ultra-contemporary Shaw Center for the Arts, which clusters an art museum, gallery spaces, theaters and restaurants in the heart of downtown. 2 ASSOCIATION OF AIRPORT INTERNAL AUDITORS ~ 26TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION CPE The AAIA has put together an educational and stimulating agenda which qualifies for 18 hours of continuing professional education (CPE). An additional 3 hours are available in the extended session. REGISTRATION FEES Early registration for the conference is $500 for AAIA members and $625 for non-members. Standard registration for the conference is $600 for AAIA members and $725 for non-members. In order to qualify for the early registration fee, all conference registration forms must be postmarked by Friday, May 1, 2015. Registration forms postmarked after May 1, 2015 will be processed at the specified regular fee. Registration fees must accompany all conference registration forms. Please note you are considered fully registered to the conference only when payment (check or credit card) and the registration forms have been received. However, Monday morning as you pick up your registration package, there will be sign-up sheets for Monday dinner at unique local restaurants. Use this as an opportunity to join a nonhosted (separate bills will be made available) event with an AAIA Board member and other conference registrants. GUEST ACTIVITIES No formal guest activities have been planned for Monday or Tuesday. We will have a “Things to do in Baton Rouge” pamphlet available during registration to help guide your guests to the many activities and historic sites to visit in the city. TUESDAY NIGHT ~ JUNE 9 CAPITOL PARK MUSUEM For the Tuesday night networking event, we will visit the Capitol Park Museum. From Louis Armstrong to Huey P.
