must be submitted by midnight Central Time, June 30, 2016.
The statewide FAFSA Completion Night events started
in February. Attend this event for free professional help
in filling out and submitting the Free Application for
Federal Student Aid. Please visit their Facebook page to
find out more/what information you need to bring and
for locations near you: https://www.facebook.com/uheaa/events
Requests for transcripts need to be made by filling out
our Transcript Order form. These forms can be picked
up in the main office. Once the form is complete, return
the transcript request to the office for
processing. Transcripts requests need to be made seven
days prior to the transcript deadline.
IMPORTANT FOR SENIORS: Remember, if you are
missing your 0.5 Computer Technology credit, this class
must be taken through Electronic High School. You can
register for the course here: https://share.ehs.uen.org/classes. All
carryover classes from trimesters 1 and/or 2 or any
make-up credits through EHS or other outside
agencies, must be completed by May 19th. If you are
taking a class through EHS, SLCC, or another school for
credit towards your graduation, we must receive the
official transcript by May 19th, otherwise you will be at

family-friendly musical, Beauty and the Beast, in our new,
state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center! Performances
run Thursday, April 23rd (7 PM); Friday, April 24th (7 PM);
and Saturday, April 25th (1 PM - matinee).
Tickets are only $5 for adults, $3 for
students/seniors/children, and $20 for families. $10
reserved VIP seating is also available.

Dan c e C on se rva tory – Auditions for the next year will
be on April 30 from 3:15-6 pm in the gym. Auditions will
be open to both Middle and High School
students. There will be a full year of MS Dance 2 class
next year, and a full year HS Dance Class called Dance
Conservatory. Both will act as the top level performing
groups eligible to attend conventions and workshops.

HS – DECA Nationals Competition
If you are interested in the Regents' Scholarship, please
make an appointment for a consultation meeting with an
official Regents' Scholarship representative. These
representatives will be able to help students plan out
their courses and give all of the needed information to
ensure how students can qualify for this

MS - 6th Grade Orientation 6 pm (MS Commons)

the process of meeting with their success coaches to
discuss their schedules for the 2015-2016 school
year. Students will meet in an assembly for their grade
level (this will apply to students in 8th-11th grades)
on April 23rd (times assigned to the grade levels will be
announced in crew the week of the assembly). Be sure to
discuss your students' schedule with them (or contact
their success coach) prior to the scheduling assembly if
you have questions about next year's options. Class
requests will all be made online through our student
information system (Aspire).

You'll soon be getting an email to log in to the new AISU
Parent Dashboard. In our ongoing quest to create a
single portal for our many online tools, we've created a
dash that provides a quick view of each student's online
course progress, plus quick links to most-used links. You
can view your student's current progress, scores in online
assignments, daily goals, and Own it! Profile. There's
also a quick link to email his or her success coach, and a
section of tips curated for AISU parents. Use the
Feedback button to let us know what you think, and what
features you'd like to see in future releases.
