DIRECTIONS: across from St. Mary's Fairgrounds turn on Route 244, go 2 miles and turn right on Breton Beach Road, go
1.6 miles and turn left on dirt road, go 0.5 miles and turn right on driveway.
RULES
1. Entries are $10.00 per class if entered by the Wednesday before the show; post entries are $14.00 per class. Preentries will receive a full refund of entry fees for any class(es) they cancel. Six ribbons in each class, champion and
reserve in each division.
2. USEF approved helmets are required at all times when mounted.
3. Ground conditions permitting, schooling will be allowed over fences from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and during the breaks (see
schedule as to estimated times).
4. Negative Coggins test within one year required at entry desk.
5. Refreshments will be sold on the grounds.
6. Seniors may ride ponies.

8. By entering the activity, the Rider (and Guardian of the Rider) agrees not to hold A Moment in Time Shows, LLC, A
Moment in Time Farm, LLC, their affiliates, members, employees, agents and/or volunteers responsible for any injury, loss
or damage incurred. The Rider (and Guardian of the Rider) represents that he/she has the requisite training, coaching, and
abilities to safely be in this activity.
9. This is a Schooling Show. While all activities require a hard hat and boots with heels, for this show formal horse show
attire is not required, but good (traditional) turnout is always a plus. You should be in britches or jodhpurs, but can wear
whatever shirts/blouses you wish. The shirt/blouse should have a collar, and (PLEASE) no tee shirts. Braiding is optional.
DIVISIONS
FOUNDATION EQUITATION (2 divisions- assisted and unassisted)- Open to any rider. Judged 100% on rider’s position.
Assisted riders can have a leader and/or sidewalker. Unassisted can have a helper in the ring. Riders in either division may
not show in any other classes.
WALK/TROT- open to any rider who does not wish to canter. Pony/horse/rider combo may not enter any other classes
except Green Rider. Jumps 12”.
GREEN RIDER - this is an equitation division designed to “bridge the gap” between the walk/trot divisions and the canter
divisions. Any rider who enters a class in this division may not enter any other classes except the Walk/Trot or Short Stirrup
Divisions. Canter in flat class will be brief and may be done individually. Jumps may be trotted or cantered (12”).
SHORT STIRRUP EQUITATION - open to riders 12 years and under on horses or ponies. Jumps 18”.
EVERGREEN PONY HUNTER - open to pony/rider combinations not wishing to enter the regular Hunter division. Same
pony/rider combo may not enter Pony Hunter. Jumps may be trotted or cantered (18”).
PONY PLEASURE - open to all ponies. Jumps 18”.
PONY HUNTER - open to all ponies. Jumps 2’ or 2’6” - your choice. Heights may be restricted depending on ground
conditions.
EQUITATION - open to all except riders in Green Rider or Short Stirrup divisions. Jumps 2’ for ponies; 2’6” for horses.
JUMPING SEAT MEDAL – “NEW U.S.E.F. CLASS”, open to all riders. Judged on rider’s equitation, style, and
technical merit over a jumper course. Penalties for going over the time limit and knockdowns, run outs, or refusals. Jumps 2’
for ponies; 2’6” for horses.
HORSE HUNTER - open to all horses. Jumps 2’6”or 3’ - your choice. Heights may be restricted depending on ground
conditions.
EVERGREEN HORSE HUNTER - open to horse/rider combinations not wishing to enter the regular Hunter division.
Same horse/rider combo may not enter Horse Hunter. Jumps may be trotted or cantered (2’).
HORSE PLEASURE - open to all horses. Jumps 2’.
