SPRING 2015 PROGRAM GUIDE
& NEWSLETTER
As
the weather improves and the sun shines brighter
Archwood 55+ looks forward to Spring and continuing to provide
you with a selection of enjoyable activities catering to a range of
abilities and interests. Chair Yoga was introduced this past winter and, due to its
popularity, has won a permanent spot on our fitness line-up. We happily welcome
back instructor Marie-Line Lacerte, whose students couldn’t wait for her winter
sabbatical to end! Lunch & Learn presentations wrap up in March but will return
next fall. You will not want to miss our AGM on April 15 where the Board will
provide feedback on the past year and discuss plans for the future.
