Dear Open Market Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2015 Asian Festival on Memorial Day Weekend,
May 23-24, 2015.
The booth rental fee is $300 for commercial business vendors and $250 for non-profit vendors.
Non-profit organizations will need to provide proof of status with a tax-id form with application. A
second check or money order of $100 is REQUIRED as a security deposit for cleaning and will be
returned Sunday once your assigned area passes inspection.
Completed applications must be received with two (2) checks or money orders (No Cash) by
Friday, May 8, 2015. Application will be processed on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
Check or money order must be made payable to: Asian Festival
A detailed description of the merchandise you are intending to sell at the Asian Festival is required for
our review. The goal of the marketplace is to allow our vendors to sell Asian merchandise. Merchandise
that may appear violent (knives, guns, alcohol) or vulgar is prohibited. Asian Festival reserves the right
to reject any application. You will be notified should we have concerns regarding your merchandise.
Peddler’s License for the two day event will be provided by the Asian Festival.
Liability Insurance is REQUIRED. Liability Insurance can be obtained through the Asian Festival for a fee
of $60. We ask that you send a copy of the insurance form with your application.
