Real Estate Trends & News
According to Department of Licensing numbers, 2014 saw the biggest migration to the area
ever, thanks in part to the Amazon boom. 64,376
people were issued driver’s licenses in King County
last year, with 2015 off to the fastest start of any
year yet.
California is Number 1 by a wide margin but
Texas has remained firmly in 2nd place since 2011.
Other states with the sharpest increases are Florida, North and South Carolina, and Georgia.
