The assistance provided by this programme constitutes de minimus state aid as defined by the
European Commission. Awards of de minimus aid, from all public sources, must not exceed 200,000
euros within any 3-year fiscal period. Please ensure that your Company has not received de minimus

It is important to recognise that the resources and effort which go into arranging these activities and the
'assistance' offered to participating companies are, in reality, a direct investment by the Welsh Government
into Welsh companies. It is essential, therefore, that the Welsh Government ensures that it invests wisely. All
participating companies, therefore, need to demonstrate a clear commitment to maximise opportunities, either
in terms of identifying and securing business, or in exploring market potential.
