Lighting: 1 Fluoro will be installed in each gazebo.

INDEMNITY

will indemnify to the extent permitted by law HahndorfChristkindlmarkt from any damages, expense or
liability arising from any injury or damages to any person that occurs either in or arising out of the occupancy of
the stalls site or anything connected with such occupancy.
NOTES
The Applicant also acknowledges this application is with HahndorfChristkindlmarkt.The Applicant agrees to
observe the Terms and Conditions of Hahndorf Christkindlmarkt. Therefore, by signing this Stall Application the
Applicant agrees to abide by the conditions as set out by Management.
Applications will be considered, based on meeting criteria outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
You will receive an email from us as soon after the application closing date letting you know whether or not you
have been successful for a stall.
