By now Parishioners should have received their new
Box of Envelopes, which began Thursday 2nd April. If
you have not received your box of envelopes, or if you
would like to make your contribution to the parish by
Direct Debit, please ring Broomfield Parochial House
042-9743617. If you are new to the parish or have
started to earn an income, please drop your name and
address in the collection bag at Saturday Vigil / Sunday
Mass or into Broomfield Parochial House (back door
letterbox) so that a new box of envelopes can be
delivered to you. We thank people most sincerely for
their generosity to the Parish in difficult financial times.

Calling All Past Pupils of St Brigid’s National School
Aughnafarcon: As part of the Fundraising efforts for
the New extension it has been decided to incorporate a
“Down Memory Lane Wall” within the school. All
past Pupils will be invited to have the ir Name,
Townland, Start Year and Finish Year recorded on the
wall. Committee members will be contacting all past
pupils in the coming weeks, with further information.

Laragh Heritage : "Easter in Laragh on Sunday 12th

St Michael Little Scholars: in Donaghmoyne have
added a second Easter camp from Tuesday 7th of April

free preschool year and subvention which is reduced
fees for parents claiming social welfare payments
Adult Jiving Classes every Monday night 8pm - 9pm.

Broomfield Church Toilets: There is a baby changing
facility now available in the Disable toilet.
'Sponsored Walk/Run: in Ballytrain today Sunday 5th
April. Choice of 6k or 10k, registration from 2 pm,
walk/run commencing 3 pm. All proceeds to Monaghan
Down Syndrome and Monaghan Alzheimers'.
Knitting Classes: for beginners every Tuesday starting
14th April at 8pm for 6 weeks at the Workhouse

Bargain Blitz: take place in St. Mary's recreation room
on Sat 25th April 2015 10am - 4.30pm massive clearance
on clothes, furniture and brick a brac one day only all
must go. All proceeds will go directly towards patient
comfort fund. Anyone wishing to donate clothes or bric a
brac for this sale (good condition) are asked to leave
items at reception of St. Mary's. All greatly appreciated.

Scrap: St. Michael’s development committee would like
to thank everyone for donating to their scrap collection.
The scrap collections will be finishing at the end of April.
If you wish to donate scrap - washing machines, tumble
dryers, cookers, batteries etc. No TV’s or fridges. Please
contact any committee member to arrange for collection.
Bingo: takes place on Friday night 24th April at 8.30 in
St. Michael’s Community Centre. Hope to see you there.

have 2 places available on Employer Based Training
which covers the County of Monaghan. If you are out of
work for a long period for any reason and need a foot in
the door with the inclusion of gaining Fetac Certification.
