VocaPriority™ Access Edit mode Tap the pencil button on the bottom toolbar to access Edit Mode. Go to a Folder In this example we navigated to the Places folder. Select the folder for which you want to prioritize the vocabulary. If you want to enter a folder in Edit Mode, simply tap the folder twice. Select buttons in Primary Level On the top right, notice the icons for the three priority levels. You are now in the Primary Level, which should contain the buttons that are most frequently used by the user. Select the buttons you want to move from Primary to Secondary or Storage by tapping them once. You see little checkmarks appear to confirm your selection. Move buttons to Storage In this example we moved the buttons from Primary to Storage. Tap the Move to Storage button (arrow pointing to a file cabinet) to move the selected buttons to Storage. Note that Storage is only visible in Edit Mode and not for the user in use mode. It should contain the buttons that the user does not (yet) need. Promote button to Secondary Select buttons to promote from Secondary Level or Storage. You can use the icons on the top right of your screen to switch between levels. In this example, we promote buttons from Storage to Secondary Level. To do so, select the Move to Secondary button (arrow pointing to a 2). Now go to Secondary Level to see your buttons. Secondary should contain the buttons that the user does not use very frequently, but needs access to. Confirm changes Tap Done in the top right of your screen to confirm your changes. Page !1/!1
