These are the most important requirements for you that must be met
in order to invoke the BYAS efficacy guarantee:
1. our Beauty Style Club is a recognized WellStar Premium BSC
and participates in the Preferred Customer Programme.
2. Your skin has not become rejuvenated by at least 10 BIOS AGETM years
within an application time of three months.
3. You have paid the BYAS Personal Beauty Coaching within 2 weeks and
participated regularly over 12 weeks every 2 weeks in the so-called „ReChecks“ (e.g. to re-determine your BIOS AGETM Factor).
4. You have carried out yourself at home 3 applications per week on a
regular basis over 12 weeks, and you have both used the recommended
Hyaluronan serum and complied with the recommended number of
applications in each case.

this guarantee certificate. Please read them carefully! If you have any questions, please
address them directly to independent distributor of WellStar.
Conditions for the „Efficacy Guarantee“ in the „BYAS Natural Face Rejuvenation“ product programme of
WellStar GmbH & Co. KG, Charlottenstraße 4, 10969 Berlin.
WellStar customers, who simultaneously order and purchase a „BYAS Face Lifter“ (hereinafter „Face Lifter“) and a cosmetics delivery programme
(hereinafter „PCP ASP“ Set 1 or Set 2) directly at WellStar or through an independent distributor of WellStar are assigned „Preferred Customer“.
In the „Preferred Customer Programme“, the „Face Lifter“ and the „PCP Face ASP“ can be purchased with a special price advantage.
Subject to the following conditions, Preferred Customers have the right (hereinafter „Efficacy Guarantee“) to return the products „Face Lifter“ and
„PCP ASP“ they purchased:
1. The customer purchases the product „Face Lifter“ together with the cosmetics delivery programme „PCP ASP“ in one of the two variants „PCP
ASP“ Set 1 and „PCP ASP“ Set 2 with a subscription period over one or two years directly at WellStar or through an independent distributor of
WellStar and paid the „Face Lifter“ and the first payment for the cosmetics shipment programme ASP Set 1 or 2 completely within a week after
their order. This right of return does explicitly not apply with other methods of payment, e.g. payment by installment models.
2. In addition to the products and the „PCP ASP“ in accordance with paragraph 1, the customer purchases at the independent distributor of
WellStar, at which he purchased the products (hereinafter „Distributor“), a „Personal Beauty Coaching“ (hereinafter „Beauty Coaching „). The
Beauty Coaching takes place during a controlled 12-week application period every two weeks in the „Beauty Style Club“ (hereinafter „BSC“),
in which the Distributor is a member and which participates in the WellStar Preferred Customer Programme. A list of all BSCs participating in
the WellStar Preferred Customer Programme (hereinafter „Premium BSCs“) is available at www.beauty-style-club.com. The „Beauty Coaching“
is to be paid in full directly to the Distributor within two weeks after ordering. The customer is obliged to have a receipt (hereinafter „Customer
Receipt“) issued by the Distributor when ordering and paying the „Beauty Coaching“.
3. The customer is obliged to have determined the so-called „BIOS AGETM Factor“ of his skin (initial analysis) in the Distributor´s Premium BSC
within 7 days from the day of the order in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 and before the start of the applications to be performed by him.
The obligation does not apply if the customer has already had carried out an initial analysis in the scope of a test treatment in a Premium BSC
and then purchased in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2. The initial analysis includes a determination and assessment of various skin factors
(including deep moisture, formation of wrinkles, wrinkle depth), which are calculated using an algorithm programme developed by WellStar and
finally give a comparison value, the BIOS AGETM Factor, that assigns a factor year figure to the skin´s condition. Tailored to the factor year figure,
the personal BYAS Hyaluron Serum that is appropiate for the customer and the individual plan for the applications to be performed by him are
determined with the initial analysis.
4. The customer is obliged to have his „BIOS AGETM Factor“ re-determined (hereinafter „Re-Checks“) after the initial analysis at two-week intervals
in the same Premium BSC. The last Re-Check of the 12-week application cycle is also known as the „final analysis“ to eventually determine of the
„BIOS AGETM Factor“. The customer may at any time make corresponding appointments for Re-Checks at regular opening hours in the Premium
BSC where he had the initial analysis carried out.
5. The customer is obliged to strictly adhere to the recommendations from the initial analysis and the individual Re-Checks regarding the personal
BYAS Hyaluron Serum that is appropiate for the customer and the plan for the applications to be carried out by him, i.e. when performing
treatments both the recommended serum is to be used and the number of recommended applications to be complied.

6. If, despite following the recommended application plan and using the recommended serum, the BIOS AGETM Factor determined at the initial
analysis does not reduce by at least 10 BIOS AGETM factor years until the final analysis within the twelve-week application cycle in accordance
with the above points 1 - 6, the customer can make use of the right of return and reclaim payments previously made by him for the „Face Lifter“
and the „PCP ASP“, if he proves that all conditions are met to claim the refund. This refund of the purchase price does not relate to the Beauty
Coaching ordered and paid by the customer.
7. The customer receives a certificate for the „Efficacy Guarantee“, on which the conditions of the „Efficacy Guarantee“ and the refund are listed.
The certificate is attached to the „Face Lifter“, that the customer receives by post. The certificate is to be printed by the customer and signed on
the back side. On the front of the certificate, the Club Owner (hereinafter „CO“) of that Premium BSC has to sign, in which the customer had his
analyses and Re-Checks carried out.
8. The assertion of the right of return by the customer is to be made within two weeks after the final analysis by post to: WellStar GmbH & Co. KG,
Charlottenstr. 4, 10969 Berlin, Germany, by e-mail: en-support@wellstar.info or by fax to: +49 (0) 37 30.47 28-11. The punctuality is determined
by the receipt at WellStar. Refund is excluded in cases of belated assertion. When asserting the right of refund, the customer has to submit both
the Customer Receipt in accordance with paragraph 2 and the certificate of the Efficacy Guarantee in accordance with paragraph 7 and specify
the data (bank name, account holder, IBAN and possibly BIC) of that bank account the refund is to be made.
9. WellStar verifies within 2 weeks after receipt of the documents whether all pre-conditions are met to be eligible to claim the right of return.
Specifically, these are:
a. The BIOS AGETM Factor of the customer has not been decreased by at least 10 BIOS AGETM factor years within the twelve-week
application cycle between the initial and final analysis.
b. The cosmetic shipment programme „PCP ASP“ was paid within 1 week after ordering.
c. The Beauty Coaching was paid within 2 weeks after the order, the customer has participated consistently in the „Re-Checks“ within the
twelve-week application cycle at two-week intervals and has carried out himself 3 applications per week at home, both using the
recommended Hyaluronan serum and complying with the recommended number of applications in each case.
d. The payment for the products referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 has been made on time.
e. A fully and correctly completed Customer Receipt for the Beauty Coaching according to paragraph 2 and the signed certificate of the
Efficacy Guarantee according to paragraph 7 along with the assertion of the right of return was sent to WellStar.
WellStar informs the customer within 2 weeks after assertion of the right of return by e-mail on the outcome of the test. If all conditions are met,
this e-mail also contains the notification where the „Face Lifter“ and the products delivered from the cosmetic delivery programme until the
assertion of the right of return was made, are to be sent. The refund will then be done to the account specified by the customer within four weeks
of receipt at WellStar.
10.The customer´s statutory revocation and warranty rights remain unaffected from this right of return and its conditions.
