In consideration of the acceptance to the Boy Scout Troop 597 Antique & Classic car show to
be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 (raindate Sunday, April 26, 2015) at Daniel Boone Middle
School, 1845 Weavertown Rd, Douglassville PA, the owner and exhibitor hereby fully and
unconditionally agrees to the following:
1) To release BSA Troop 597, Hawk Mountain Council, Boy Scouts of America, our sponsor:
St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, and Daniel Boone School District their representatives,
agents and members from any liability, risk of personal injury, loss or damage to property
and to assume all risks including civil disturbances, riot, public commotion, negligent acts,
or violence of third parties arising from or related to the said event.
2) To not possess any firearms or alcoholic beverages at the event in accordance with Boy
Scouts of America event regulations.
3) To recognize that event organizers have the right to ask any participant or guest to leave for
any reason at any time if necessary for the safety of the public and scouts.
4) Grant BSA Troop 597 permission to use pictures of my vehicle(s) as part of the event in
promotional materials related to the troop and its archived history.
5) If vehicle is driven to the event, to maintain valid state registration and to maintain a liability
and/or physical damage policy on my vehicle as per state laws.
6) If vehicle is transported by trailer to the show, recognize that I should maintain a physical
damage policy on such vehicle.
7) That I have read the above rules and will abide by them at said event
