Vendor Information:
Spaces:
$20***/space ~20’ wide x 10’ deep - If purchased on or before (postmarked by) Friday July 3, 2015.
$30***/space ~20’ x 10’ - If purchased (postmarked) on or after July 4, 2015 up to the day of the event, if spaces are still
available.
**If the event should be canceled due to inclement weather, your fee is non-refundable and will be considered a Donation to
the Happy Hoofers 4-H Club for which we thank you in advance.
~The space is approximate and includes room for your vehicle and tables/other platforms to display your products.
*Vendor vehicles must be stationary by 8:30 am. Those vehicles parked with you will not be allowed to leave the vendor area
before 3 pm to avoid incident. Everything needs to be taken down by 5 pm.
***Food Vendors welcome: One for Lunch foods @ $50/space. One or Two for Dessert, i.e., ice cream, etc. @ $20/space – in
hopes of reasonable food prices. Must hold & provide in advance/have present that day, current certificates from:
Department of Health & Insurance.
You MAY bring tables/other platforms to display your products. They WILL NOT be provided.
You MAY bring ‘Pop-up’ tents to block out sun/rain, however, they may NOT be pegged into the ground.

Every vendor/exhibitor entered shall be under the control of the Happy Hoofers 4-H Club, but the CES/4-H will no way be
responsible for damage that may occur and it shall be a condition of entry that each vendor/exhibitor shall hold the CES/4-H and
the Happy Hoofers 4-H Club blameless for any loss/accident that may occur.
