ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP GUIDE

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP GUIDE
IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU
Each year, Overture offers more than twice as many free and low-cost performances and events than ticketed, mainstage
performances. Overture’s community and educational programs cost over $1 million each year and reach nearly 200,000
children, older adults, local artists, people with lower incomes and other area residents each season. These free and low-cost
programs are key to opening the doors to the creative, cultural and personal benefits of the arts for people who might
otherwise be left out. But we depend on you to help make this possible.
Your contributions help us...
Support our free and low cost community programs like Kids in the Rotunda, International Festival and
the Tommy Awards
Provide stability and sustainability for Overture’s long term success
Maintain the home for our performances, community events and the activities of other local arts organizations
PLEASE CONSIDER BECOMING A MEMBERTODAY. YOUR MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT PROVIDES FOR

of gifts. Check with your financial advisor for details regarding your eligibility to receive these benefits if you make your gift through a donor-advised fund or
private foundation.
If you’d like to waive your donor benefits, please insert a note with your gift, or call Carolyn Hahn at 608.258.4142 or email chahn@overturecenter.org. Waiving
benefits does not affect subscriber seating or priority points.
Benefits are good for one year from date of your initial donation. Ticketing and other benefits apply only to Broadway and Overture Presents performances, not
events presented by outside promoters or resident organizations. In addition to current donor level, priority in ticket order processing is also determined by years
of donating, years of subscribing, status of an active volunteer, and the date the order was received. For subscription orders, the number of shows in the order is
also a factor.
