The Great Valley Bookfest on October 10, 2015 will feature numerous authors, seminars, readings,
arts & crafts vendors, and book sales. Only a few vendors will be permitted. Vendors will be
outdoors so please come prepared for all types of weather.

• Be sure to include your total booth fee with your application.
• Include a photo or list of items you plan to sell.
• You must have a California Resale license if you plan to sell any product or book at the
Bookfest.
• FOOD VENDORS ONLY: if you need electricity, you may bring a “quiet” generator.
• No refunds after September 10, 2015.
• You will receive confirmation of your reservation three weeks prior to the event.
• The festival committee reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor that misrepresents
information on this application.
