In the class you will learn:

basic concepts of a plant-based diet
basic knife handling skills
how to replace eggs in traditional recipes
how to veganize traditional recipes to increase nutrient profile
how to prepare nut, grain, and seed milks
how to ferment vegetables
take home a jar of fermented veggies or chia-seed jam
At the end of both classess enjoy a gourmet lunch*
(all gluten-free and vegan)

This is a part hands-on and part
demonstration style class
