! ! ! ! England and Bermuda District New ! ! ! 2015-2016 District Executive Assistant Service Agreement ! The following contract is to be signed by all who wish to serve as executive assistant. This contract outlines the minimum performance requirements that the executive assistant must maintain to remain in office and must be paired with the previous service agreement for all District Board Members. It is understood that failure to observe the following agreement will result in possible removal from office in accordance with the Key Club International Constitution and Bylaws and the Standard Form of District Bylaws. ! The executive assistant agrees to do the following during his/her term of office: 1. The Executive Assistant shall attend all board meetings of the Board of Trustees and the annual District Conference. 2. The Executive Assistant shall document the activities of The New England and Bermuda District of Key Club International Board of Trustees. 3. The Executive Assistant shall coordinate the Interfaith Service held at the annual District Conference. 4. Conference to be distributed to the District Board at the November board meeting. 5. The Executive Assistant shall aid the Executive Board in their duties. 6. The Executive Assistant shall assist in writing/editing any documents (including meeting minutes, publications, amendments, etc.) at the discretion of the Executive Board. 7. The Executive Assistant shall chair the Regional Training Conference Committee, and keep in constant contact with its membership by a monthly email to committee members with the Adult Committee and the Governor copied. 8. The Executive Assistant shall write at least one article per each edition of The YanKey. 9. The Executive Assistant shall give monthly email updates to the entire Board via the google groups reflector by the twenty-fifth of the month. 10. The Executive Assistant shall give updates in all general mailings. 11. The Executive Assistant shall give a committee report to the District Board at each and every Board meeting. 12. The Executive Assistant shall brief the incoming Executive Assistant on his/her responsibilities as a member of The New England and Bermuda District of Key Club International Board of Trustees. 13. The Executive Assistant shall strive to attend all District events. 14. The Executive Assistant shall also be an active member of his/her home club, and should be responsible for attending any divisional and District events that help spread the word of Key Club. ! The Executive Assistant shall create a promotional video to promote the District conference to be distributed to the District Board at the November board meeting. # 6. The Executive Assistant shall aid the Executive Board in their duties. # 7. The Executive Assistant shall assist in the writing of the script for the annual District conference. # 8. The Executive Assistant shall assist in writing/editing any documents (including meeting minutes, publications, amendments, etc.) at the discretion of the Executive Board. # 9. The Executive Assistant shall chair the Club Building and Development Committee, and keep in constant contact with its membership by a monthly email to committee members with the Adult Committee and the Governor copied.# 10. The Executive Assistant shall work with the LTGs to redevelop some of the clubs that may be struggling and/or need assistance. # 11. The Executive Assistant shall write at least one article per each edition of The YanKey.# 12. The Executive Assistant shall give monthly email updates to the entire Board via the Google Groups reflector by the twenty-fifth of the month (so that the information may be used for the Executive Board and the Lieutenant Governors’#newsletters.)# 13. The Executive Assistant shall give updates in all general mailings.# 14. The Executive Assistant shall give a committee report at each District Board meeting.# 15. The Executive Assistant shall brief the incoming Executive Assistant on his/her responsibilities as a member of the New England and Bermuda District of Board of Trustees.# 16.
