Verify student responses on the paper-based forms have been transcribed, if necessary (refer to CMAS Procedure’s Manual, pg. 89) Sort, Package and Ship test materials to the DPS Processing Center (refer to CMAS Procedure’s Manual, pgs. 89-92 and also Section 13) District Decisions and Testing Tips to Avoid Misadministrations! Blank scratch paper is allowed There is no minimum testing time o HOWEVER all students must remain in a testing section until every student has completed the section. DO NOT allow test administrators to let students move from section 1, to 2, to 3 at their own pace!! Manage Seal Codes! Do not allow TAs to write more than 1 seal code on the board at any time. Once students have logged into the test, advise your TAs to remove the seal code from the board. Remove all Cell Phones before testing begins! Check Accommodated Test Forms from the Dashboard before you begin testing! If a student starts a test without the correct accommodation it will result in a misadministration. Check the test form before beginning Section 1 to ensure the correct test has been assigned!!
