Volume 15 No. 3 - Monthly Publication March 2015 Commander Thank You(s) this month. Thanks to Manny Hernandez and his family for the great Santa Maria Style BBQ pit they donated to our Post. It made our first “Friday Night Hamburger Dinner” a very successful one. Thanks again to Manny for the wonderful donation. A big thanks to Bob Bumann our Post Finance Officer for many years. Bob has done terrific job with our books and keeping us out of the red. Due to personal reasons, Bob has decided to step down as our Finance Officer. When you see Bob, shake his hand and thank him for all of his dedication and work he did as the POST Finance Officer. We wish him and his wife the very best. Maybe with a little coaxing we can get him to stay on as our POST Chaplin, which he does a great job at. Neil Brown, who we all know as a hard worker for the POST, ALR, and Honor/Color Guard has stepped up to the plate to take over as Finance Officer. Bob is currently training Neil to do the job. We can rest easy knowing Neil is in good hands. Rick Pushies has decided to move on; He has shown an interest in transferring to Post 1000. We wish Rick the best and thank him for being our Old Town Report Editor, Post Historian, and Webmaster. Thanks again Rick and we wish you the best of luck.
