Potawatomi Area Council, BSA 2015 Webelos Day at Camp Long Lake! Come and see how Boy Scout Camp is different than Cub Day and Resident Camps! Webelos Day allows older Cubs to see the excitement of Boy Scouting in Action. Webelos Dens can come to camp the Wednesday of a week when a local troop is attending summer camp, or pick any Wednesday. This is a great way to encourage Webelos to cross the bridge into Boy Scouting. A staff member will act as a Den Chief and escort your Webelos and adults around camp to all programs. Two-deep adult leadership is the minimum; however, we encourage a one-to-one ratio when possible. Available Wednesdays include: June 24; July 8, 15, 22 and 29; August 5 Registration is at 8:30 AM. Please arrive after 8:30 AM Depart by 10:00 PM at the latest. Cost: $25 per adult or youth (advance); $30 at the door. Includes 2 meals! Items needed: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat, bug repellant, comfortable closed toed shoes (no open toed shoes allowed in camp), Part A and B of the Health Form is needed (please send in medical forms one week prior to camp), and some extra spending money for snacks, woodcarving projects, and souvenirs.
