A Word From Our Pastor THE MOST HOLY TRINITY Today we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity; which is one of the fundamental pillars of the Church’s doctrine. In this dogma we profess our belief in One God in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Theologians and simple believers since the beginning of Christianity until now, many saints and theologians, like Saint Augustine, Saint Patrick, Saint Ignatius, have tried to comprehend and explain the mystery of the Holy Trinity; but they always came up short, because humanly speaking, it is impossible to fully grasp or understand this awesome mystery. Consequently, the dogma of the Holy Trinity is a mystery that we must accept and believe only as a matter of faith. In today’s gospel Jesus makes a solemn process to His disciples then and now that He will be with us always, until the end of the ages. It is so good to know we are not alone in this journey through life. Jesus is always by our side in good and challenging moments of our life. My brothers and sisters as we celebrate today the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity let us express our deepest gratitude to the Father who created us, to the Son who redeemed us and to the Holy Spirit who sanctifies us because they love us. Nan fèt sa nou deklare ke nou kwè nan yon sèl Bondye an 3 pesònn: Papa-a, ak Pitit la ak Lespri Se an. Se depi nan kòmansman relijion kretyèn lan ke anpil gran teolojyen tankou sen Augustin, sen Patrick, sen Ignace pou-n site sila yo sèlman tap chèche konprann epi ekzplike gwo ansèyman sa a men yo te toujou kanpe nan wout paske imènman palan li enposib pou yon moun rive kronprann gwo mistè sa ke nou rele LATRINITE a. Pakonsekan, LATRINITE se yon doktrin ke sèlman atravè lafwa nou ka aksepte. Nan levanjil jodi-a nap wè Jezu kap fè yon promès solanèl ak disip Li yo e ak nou chak jounen jodi-a lè Li deklare ke: “Mwen ap la avèk nou toulejou, jistan tout bagay fini”. Promès Jezu a banou fòs ak konsolasyon lè nou konnen ke nou pa pou kont nou nan konba lavi-a. Jezu, gran frè nou an la ansanm ak nou nan bon ak move moman lavi-a. Frè ak sè mwen yo, nan fèt LATRINITE jodi-a an nou di Papa-a mesi pou kreye L te kreye nou an, ann di Jezu mèsi pou sove L sove nou an, an di Lespri Sen an mèsi pou chalè lanmou L kap chofe nou. Copyright © J. S. Paluch Co.
