We are looking for an Associate, Program Office, Strategy & Transformation to join our People & Performance Team.
The Role
The SunRice Program Office is an internal consulting team that works closely with business owners to shape, develop and
manage critical Group strategic projects. The Program Office works with the whole SunRice Group including overseas
subsidiaries. Your key responsibilities will include:






Evaluating market entry and M&A opportunities, working closely with key stakeholders to prepare business cases,
financial models and plans.
Negotiating objectives, approach, work plan and team structure for performance improvement / transformation
projects.
Validating and challenging the businesses proposed solutions and strategies.
Confirming revenue, productivity and cost savings outcomes, and identify specific budget impact.
Monitoring project delivery to identify and escalate any issues for early resolution, and to confirm benefit
delivery.
Maintaining and developing own knowledge of industry fundamentals, current and emerging trends, and
SunRice’s current and potential business performance.
The Candidate
You will have a tertiary qualification, with a preference for a post graduate qualification such as an MBA. Previous experience
in a similar role in management consulting or corporate finance / transactional experience key, preferably in FMCG. You will
also have advanced Excel and Financial Modelling skills, superior communication and presentation skills and an ability to
interact with credibility with executive level stakeholders.
