How to access ESS
1. Visit the CEO home page www.dow.catholic.edu.au and click on the ESS
link located near the bottom of the left-hand menu.
2. At the welcome screen enter your surname, given name and ESS
password. Your password will be your Employee Number.
3. Once you have successfully logged into ESS you will be redirected to the
ESS home page. Please check the following details and update them as
required:
a. Preferred Name – note that this is a preferred first name only.
b. Address – both home and postal addresses may be provided.
c. Contact Details
d. Emergency Information
4. Click the Update button to save your changes.
5. Your payslip can be viewed and printed by clicking on the Payslip icon.
6. Payment Summaries are available from ESS.
