After that will be done, please send email to support.EZConnect@ezuniverse.com that system has been set up How to create self-profile on LogMeIn Go to http://logmein.com and choose Create an account Choose FREE and fill all the information that you will be asked You need to type valid email address while on that email you will receive information about activation account When this will be done, you can choose option Add computer and follow the instruction on screen When this will be completed you may send access to support.EZConnect@ezuniverse.com with email access and password that later after installation can be changed or you may create shortcut to access to system without giving full access to account EZU. How to create shortcut, please read below How create short cut access to LogMeIn system w/o giving full access to client email In order to create access shortcut please choose Properties on your computer in LogMeIn Panel Then please navigate to Desktop Shortcut and right click on computer icon, chose copy shortcut. Finally please paste that shortcut into email and send to support.EZConnect@ezuniverse.com Into email please put the user / password or access code for system Thank You This type of access allow us only to access this Computer, not whole email account How to send invitation to EZU Support to access my account In order to send invitation you must be member of LogMeIn Pro ( you may change that subscription for free for 30 days ) ( If you don’t know how to do this , please check below in that document) After you change subscription to PRO or LogMeIn Central, you will have tab named USERS, from that tab please choose ADD NEW USER In the email field please type: subway.logmein@ezuniverse.com You may choose type of permission that EZU Support will have Finally please SEND THE INVITATION How change my Free subscription to LogMeIn Central or Pro If you’re running LogMeIn Free you may turn your account into LogMeIn Central for free for 30 days In order to do that you need to click on the advertisement on the left side of computers when there will be displayed LogMeIn Central, and choose option Free Test How create new user account on Subway POS In order to create account please log into POS Owner level and follow the instructions 1. Go to Control Panel ( Click in Menu Start -> Control Panel ) and choose User Accounts by double click 2. Choose second option Create new account 3. Type name for new account EZUNIVERSE and press Next button 4. Leave next window without change and choose Create Account 5. Click on new created account EZUNIVERSE and choose option Create a password 6. Type temporary password universe2010 ( lower case ) . Password will be changed later by EZU Service. Confirm password and press Create Password button 7. Operation has been completed. You can close all windows. EZU Service will have separate account in order to access POS after business hours when remote access to POS will be enabled
