1. Market Venue Asian Film Market will be held in BEXCO (Busan Exhibition & Convention Center), collaborating with APM (Asian Project Market) and BIFCOM (Busan International Film Commission & Industry Showcase). Sales Booths will be located in Exhibition Hall 4, Exhibition Center Ⅱ, BEXCO. Please find out more details about BEXCO at http://www.bexco.co.kr/eng/Main.do. BEXCO is 10 minutes’ walk away from ‘Busan Cinema Center’ and 2 subway stops away from ‘HAEUNDAE’ subway stop. Also it takes 5 minutes by taxi. For your convenience, a shuttle service will be provided between BEXCO area and Haeundae area. Only Market badge holders can use the market shuttle service. The shuttle stops will be announced in the Market Guidebook. 4

2. Booth Set‐up Instruction 1) Area Allowance and Booth Display The display options or items should be located in your booth all the time and should not obstruct other booths and the entrance hallway. All display items and equipment should be nonflammable and non‐hazardous. Also, the booth display, lighting and acoustics should not interfere with neighboring booths. 2) Booth Layout Sketch submission (Raw Space only) The Raw Space booth layout must be pre‐approved by Asian Film Market. Thus, the exhibitor must submit a booth design sketch specifying heights and booth materials to the Asian Film Market. Please refer to the following. [Form 1: Raw Space Type Booth Construction Report] 3) Equipment The total height of equipment will be a maximum of 5 meters. The display items should not obstruct other booths, entrance and the walking passage. 9

3. Display Equipment Installation 1) Installation Limit A. Ground load : 5 ton/sqm B. Access vehicle limit : Less than 5 tons C. Speed limit : 5km/h D. Cargo entrance : height 6.0m, width 4.5m E. Total height of equipment : 5m 2) Shell Scheme type booth Asian Film Market will install and remove the booth on behalf of each exhibitor. Please notify us in advance when you need to change booth layout. You can purchase equipment in Optional Service in case you want to have a special designated booth. Shell Scheme type booths have booth decorating options such as clear acrylic panel replacement, adding a meeting room (for more than 36sqm size) and ordering additional lighting. Decoration on the booth panel is allowed by Optional Service. The restoration fee (USD 20 per panel) will be charged if the booth panel is damaged by wrapping, nailing, gluing and painting when constructing booths by yourself. 10

The minimum order size is 36sqm.) A. BEXCO’s registered booth contractor will build and install the Raw Space type booth. In case of working with unregistered booth contractors, please notify Asian Film Market in advance. If a booth contractor is not registered in BEXCO, an application is needed to get approval from Asian Film Market. B. Please refer to the Appendix. [Ref 2: Lists of booth contractors]. 5. Exhibition Hall Floor Plan 1) Floor plan of the hall The floor plan for sales booths and other facilities is attached in Appendix. (Please check the [Ref 1: Exhibition Hall 4 Layout Plan]) The layout plan is not determined yet and Asian Film Market will allocate sales booth location. Please check the finalized floor plan that will be uploaded on our website in early September after Sales Booth Registration is completed. 2) Other facilities to support your business at the Market are; A. Badge Registration Desk Badge Registration Desk will be open for 5 days, Oct 4~ 8. Oct. Please pick up market badge. Also, there will be useful and helpful supplies such as locking systems for your meeting room, screening invitations (only for those who ordered market screening) and handouts for the convenience. B. Service Center a) Technical support: Technical support will be located in the Service Center and will deal with on‐site rental item orders, replacement and repair of booth options and any technical requests. It also will comply with inquiries about the exhibition. b) Shipping service: You can use overseas shipping service during the market period. Shipments will be picked up and shipped out on the same day you sign up. c) Storage service / Lost & Found: Exhibitors will be able to put their personal belongings in the Storage area. Lost property found around the hall will be kept in this area. C. Business Center Located in BEXCO Exhibition hall 4, the Business Center is going to assist the Exhibitors and other market participants’ business as if it is their second office. The following services are available in the Business Center at affordable rates. (The exact rates will be confirmed upon your arrival); a) Copying / Printing / Fax b) Computer desks / Free Internet Services c) Charging of mobile devices 13

D. Video Room The Video Room will provide the selections of 2014 BIFF for VOD/DVD during the Market period. Certain selections may not be available due to constraints set by the distribution company. Thus, it is recommended that you go through the list of the films offered in the Video Room. Eating or drinking in the video room is not permitted. Using the computer for other purposes is also prohibited. E. Multi‐purpose room Multi‐purpose room is the space where you can watch DVDs (screeners) that you will receive during the market period. It is an individualized booth type space with headsets, TV and DVD players available for loan. Also, it is possible to have private meetings here for small groups. F. Cafeteria The Cafeteria is an open space for all the participants during the Market period. You could take a rest, have a chat and have a free meeting with some drinks. G. Open Lounge The Open Lounge is located in Exhibition Hall 4. All participants can use this open space during the Market period. Your Information and publicity leaflets may be placed in the Open Lounge. 14

6. Exhibition Hall Operation 1) Visual Sound Equipment Usage Conditions Asian Film Market has the right to control the noise levels in order to maintain a comfortable and convenient exhibition environment. Asian Film Market has the right to change the location of any sound source in order to control the sound effected area. Asian Film market may interrupt the usage of speakers and turn down sound pressure as a result of receiving complaints from neighboring booths and evaluating noise levels. Electricity may also be shut down if the Asian Film Market deems it necessary. 2) Weight of Display Items All items to be placed in the Exhibition Hall should be less than 5 ton/sqm. Regardless of size and number of items, if the total amount of items exceeds 5 ton/sqm, you must submit the ‘Overweight Items Report’ by Sept. 10 (Wed). In case you bring in or carry out overweight items, make sure the concentrated load on the floor has dispersed its weight evenly on the surface. Please refer to the [Form 2: Overweight Items Report]. If the exhibitor violates these rules, Asian Film Market may shut down all support such as electricity supply. In such cases, all responsibilities are on the exhibitor. 3) Insurance & Security A. Insurance All exhibitors are responsible for their own personal belongings by insurance from arrival to departure during the Market period. We do not take responsibility for final protection and losses of all display items. Please insure your display items against the uncertainties of damage and loss. Asian Film Market is also not responsible for natural disasters, fire, theft, and damage of the display items. B. Security Asian Film Market will provide a 24‐hour security service during moving in and out, preparation and the whole Market period. However, it is suggested that exhibitors take care of their booths because Asian Film Market is not responsible for damage and loss of equipment and items. Especially when display items are moving in and out, be vigilant to ensure no items are stolen. 15

When moving out, please submit ‘Moving‐out report’ including the quantity and the quality of your items. 4) Cleaning Asian Film Market is responsible for cleaning the hallway, public area and each wastebasket. However, exhibitors will have to clean up their respective areas while moving in and out. During set‐up and removal day of the booth, the exhibitor is responsible for cleaning the hallway to get rid of the boxes, tapes, and other bulky wastes. Please check specific guidelines about dealing with waste disposal on site. Please double check to make sure that nothing including your equipment is left behind except for all rental items in your booth. All rental items should be returned to Asian Film Market upon leaving. 5) In‐booth Events In‐booth events should accord with the purpose of Asian Film Market and should consider influences on other neighboring booths. Asian Film Market can intervene when it receives complaints from other booths. In‐booth events disturbing other booths can be interrupted by Asian Film Market. 16

1. Optional Service 1) Furniture and Equipment rental service Every booth includes basic items, but Optional Service will give you more opportunities to create a comfortable and effective business environment. You can change booth layout as well as renting additional furniture and electronic devices. Additionally, we offer booth panel wrapping optional service to Shell Scheme type sales booth. For more information, please refer to Optional Service Catalogue on our website. Once booth payment is completed, the option to order additional rental items becomes available. You can download the Optional Service Catalogue about all the rental information from our website. Rental service is available online only. Please check the link included in your payment confirmation e‐mail. The link brings you directly to the Optional Service page. Otherwise, after you login to the Market Database site (http://db.asianfilmmarket.org), visit Registration page and click ‘Optional Service’. Please complete your payment by Sept. 12 (Fri). Otherwise, your order will be canceled. We will send an e‐mail including ‘Optional Service location drawing form’ and receipt after your payment has been successfully completed. Please send the drawing form to us within a week after your completing payment of rental items. Please plan out your booth display and submit it to sales booth staff. If your option layout drawing is not sent within 7 days (due date: Sept. 19 (Fri)), the optional items can be placed randomly. Cancel or change of your order is only possible on our website. Please contact the sales booth staff if your decision is changed. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel or change your orders. It will not be possible to change or cancel your orders after the due date (Sept. 12 (Fri)) We also offer an on‐site rental service, but stock of items will be limited. Therefore, online purchase is strongly recommended. Rental items should remain in the booth at all times and cannot be placed outside of the booth. The basic equipment can be arranged inside of the booth according to your preference. 18

2) Electricity Installation (additional electricity available as Optional Service.) The provided electricity will be more than single phase 220v. Please prepare a voltage convertor or AVR in case you need to use 110v. A limited supply of electricity starts on Oct. 4, and full transmission will be supplied from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm during the whole market period. Those with appliances such as refrigerators and water purifiers should check the exact electricity supply times. Overuse of electricity may cause dangerous accidents such as fire. Always be careful with electricity supply. ○ Shell Scheme type booth – 2kw of electricity (9sqm) will be provided for four days (Oct. 5 (Sun) – 8 (Wed)). Please register with Optional Service in case of needing more electricity. ○ Raw Space type booth – no electricity is provided to Raw Space type booth. If you need access to the electricity supply, please order Utility in Optional Service on our website. *** An example of calculating electricity usage In case you need to use 1 water purifier, 3 TVs, 1 laptop, 1 printer in a 18sqm booth, 1 water purifier * 450w + 1 laptop * 100w + 3 TVs * 200w + 1 printer * 400w = (Total) 1,550w 1,550w is approximately 1.5kw, which does not exceed 4kw, the basic supply of power. Accordingly, there is no need to order additional Optional Service. You can find the electricity usage of most appliances on the bottom or back of the appliance. 19

3) Internet LAN Cable and Phone installation (available as optional services) Free wireless internet service is provided in the Exhibition hall, but connection is unstable during the Market period during heavy traffic periods. If you need a more stable internet connection, it is strongly recommended to order LAN cables from Optional Service on our website. Phone service includes incoming/outgoing phone calls and individual numbers. The phone should be returned. There will be additional charges for any damage or loss. Phone calls are domestic only and payment covers installation and usage fee. 4) Lighting Installation The electricity for basic lighting will be free to all Shell Scheme type booths. 3 lightings will be installed per 9sqm without charge, and additional lightings can be ordered through Optional Service on our website. 2. Market Badge The complimentary market badges are given according to the type of sales booth. ○ 2 badges for 9sqm booth ○ 5 badges for 18sqm booth and bigger sized booth. After your sales booth is successfully reserved and paid for, an e‐mail confirmation will guide you to the Complimentary Market Badge Registration link. Please note that you are eligible to register only through your e‐mail link. Keep your confirmation e‐mail in order to register for free badges. Market Screening Market screenings provide you with opportunities to screen in various formats such as 35mm film prints or digital screenings (DCP, Digital Beta, HD Cam, etc.). ○ Time: Oct. 5 (Sun) – Oct. 7 (Tue) ○ Place: Lotte Cinema and CGV Please refer to the map in page 4 of this manual to find out the location of these cinemas. 1) Reservation The opportunity of market screening is only given to the market exhibitors or companies having international/world premiere films. The reservation can be made on our website at www.db.asianfilmmarket.org. Choose the screening slot and complete your payment. The reservation is confirmed upon your online payment. Also, Print Shipping Instruction will be sent to contact person. 2) Screening Information After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the URL via screening payment confirmation mail. This URL will allow you to upload materials about your movie. You can only upload screening information through the URL, so please keep the e‐mail safe. Please post accurate information about your film because it will to be supplied to the Screening Guidebook and online database. 3) Attendance to the Market Screenings The access to the Market Screenings is strictly limited to those who have either a Market badge or an invitation issued by the Market. Festival Badges will not be accepted. 10 invitation tickets per screening will allow some guests without market badges to have exceptional access to the appointed Market Screening. 4) List of Screening Attendees The exhibitors will be able to check the list of the attendees for each screening on the Market’s website from the first day of screenings.
