How to get to Fiera di Genova
Car
In order to reach Fiera di Genova we suggest
• Taking the A12 motorway (Tyrrhenian coast road):
trucks/heavy vehicles and cars/light vehicles: exit at “Genova Nervi” or “Genova Est” and follow the signs “Fiera di
Genova” (Information about the motorway network: Società Autostrade ph: +39 01041041 - www.autostrade.it)
• Taking the A10 motorway (Autostrada dei Fiori), or A7 (Milano-Genova) or A26 (Alessandria-Genova):
1) cars and light traffic: exit at the “Genova Ovest” terminal and bypass (Sopraelevata) lead directly to the Fiera di
Genova;
2) trucks and heavy traffic: exit at “Genova Est” and follow the signs “Fiera di Genova”.
Air
Genoa’s "Cristoforo Colombo" Airport (ph. 010 60151 - www.airport.genova.it) is about 8 km from the Exhibition
Centre.
There is a bus service – Volabus – connecting the airport and Genova Principe and Genova Brignole Railway
Station. (www.amt.genova.it)
Bus services connect Genoa to the airports of Milan Malpensa (Agenzia Volpi – Ph. +39 010561661 – 010581949
- www.volpibus.com) and Nice (www.nice.aeroport.fr).
Rail
The nearest railway station to Fiera di Genova is Genova Brignole (about 1 kilometre). Busses for the Fiera
di Genova: nr. 31.
Genova Piazza Principe station is about 4 kilometres from Fiera di Genova. Busses for the Fiera di Genova: nr.

During this period the pedestrian and the vehicle access will be granted to the exhibitor badges holders only. The passes will be sent by e-mail
to the exhibitors. All Exhibitors are required to provide their own staff and/or external contractors (for booth installation) with the required passes.

Special Rules and Regulations
PROFESSIONALS ENTRANCE
Entrance is free of charge for professionals upon website registration, filling in the invitation received by the exhibitors or registering directly to
the Reception of the Exhibition Centre.
EXHIBITOR’S BADGES
Exhibitors are entitled to receive nr. 5 badges free of charge which can be collected at the Fiera di Genova offices during the setting-up days.
Passes will be handed over to the exhibitors who have paid the balance due for the participation.
The Exhibitor badges will allow you to enter into the hall during the exhibition opening days.
PAYMENTS (EXHIBITION AREA)
The deposit of 30% of the cost of participation + VAT, must be paid to Fiera di Genova by 5 September 2014.
The balance of the cost for participation must be paid to Fiera di Genova by 27 October 2014 or within the expiration date indicated
on the Confirmation Letter.
In the event of non-payment, Fiera di Genova has the right to cancel the space allocation and to impose sanctions as in accordance with the
General Regulations and to keep as a penalty the amount of the participation fee.
Exhibitors who have not paid the balance shall not be permitted to bring in goods and set up stands in the Fair Grounds,
furthermore the car parking pass and the Exhibitor’s badges will not be handed over.

PAYMENTS (SERVICES)
All the services shall be required using the proper forms included in the section of the Manual “Order Forms” sent together with payment
receipt to Fiera di Genova SpA - “Servizio Commerciale” Office that will deal with the orders. Fiera di Genova will send the relevant account
documentation to each Exhibitor.
ORDER FORMS SENT WITHOUT PAYMENT RECEIPT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
The delivery of items or services required during the setting-up cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Anyway all the
orders submitted to the Fiera offices during the setting-up will be processed only after immediate payment.
Payment can be made:
1. Exhibitor’s non-transferable bank cheque and/or bank draft made out to FIERA DI GENOVA S.p.A.;

force, of which we have a specific technical report of calculations signed by a qualified technician.

qualified technician (Lgs. 37/08).
Undertakes, moreover, to observe and to draw the attention to all the rules as regads security, health and environment on the
working place.
All the documentations mentioned in the present self – certification, must be herewith enclosed and given to Fiera di Genova.
We issue the present self-certifiaction for the uses provided by the law.
We remind to the exhibitors that in case of setting-up of the stand to thirds party (contractors or self-employed
worker) are in use the obligations deriving from the application of D.lgs 81/2008 and s.m.i. (obligations connected to
contractor contracts or work or administering); and in particular that the operating staff must be provided of
appropriate ticket of acknowledgment (to hold exposed) equipped with photography, containing the name and
address of the worker and the indication of the employer.

After viewing the Participation Rules and the “General Rules and Technical Provisions” contained in the
Exhibitor’s Manual, which are fully accepted and undersigned, the exhibitor hereby certifies, under its own

the setting up does not comply with the regulations provided in the Exhibitor’s Manual therefore we
send you two copies of the stand project within the mentioned deadlines

the setting up has additional storeys therefore we send you two copies of the stand project within the
mentioned deadlines specifying the exact sizes of the stand
“Stand Project form” duly completed shall be produced within 15 days from the mailing date of the “Letter of
confirmation” of participation and however within the beginning of the stand setting up.
The Stand Project Form does not relieve the Exhibitor of its obligations to send the self certification of any
material used for the stand setting up and from any technical equipment (facsimile of self certification included in
the Exhibitor’s Manual); the self certification shall be signed by a Legal Representative.
The Exhibitor shall send to Fiera di Genova the self certification before the beginning of the stand setting up.
We remind to the exhibitors that in case of setting-up of the stand to thirds party (contractors or self-employed

With the signature of this application, the exhibitor (directly or by third party) is obliged to strictly respect the time schedule and remove
his/her own vehicle at the end of the foreseen time period, as indicated in this form that must be always kept on the front side of the
vehicle.
THE MEANS THAT SHOULD ARRIVE OUTSIDE THE SCHEDULED TIMES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER IN THE PAVILIONS
FOR SAFETY REASONS. THE EXHIBITOR WHO WILL BE EXCEPTIONALLY AUTHORIZED TO ENTER, BY FIERA DI GENOVA,
HAS TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF EURO 50.00 + VAT.
Non authorized parking and/or non compliance by the exhibitor will be subject to the application of provisions and/or penalties, from Fiera
di Genova, by signing and accepting this form.

N.B.2:
Analog telephones are provided for rent. They must be collected from the center the day before the show. They must be returned within 12.00 noon of the
day after the closing of the show. The non-delivery or delivery of an appliance is not working / failure result in the issue, borne by the exhibitor, a bill of €.
100.00 (per phone).
The network equipment are provided for rent. They Will be placed on the stand by Fiera di Genova SpA and withdrawn, provided by the organizer of the
show, starting at 6.30pm of last day of the show. The exhibitor is responsible for the network equipment required by him and therefore it will be caretaker
until full retirement. If the network equipment were returned faulty or were delivered, they will be billed to the exhibitor's expense, an amount equal to €
500,00 as compensation.

The above cost refer to the cleaning once a day for the entire period of the exhibition when the hall is closed to the public.
THE SERVICE INCLUDES:
- floor or carpet cleaning;
- office furniture dusting;
- rubbish removing from the stand. If the exhibitor wishes to keep any packaging, we recommend to store it.
NOTE:
In case of “locked” stands, the service will start being provided only after a copy of the keys has been delivered to Fiera Officies.
On that occasion, besides having the opportunity to highlight specific needs/features related to your activities to the personnel in charge of
cleaning operations, you will receive a “keys delivered” form, which shall be signed for confirmation. The service will start 4 hours after the
keys have been delivered.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding or unpleasant event, should any packaging and/or other material which you need to preserve be
present at the stand, you shall be responsible for storing it in an appropriate place or give the personnel in charge of cleaning operations
clear instructions.
Please note that, since the cleaning service is carried out using electrical equipment, you shall also be responsible for ensuring
that the personnel in charge of cleaning operations can have access to the areas fitted with sockets and/or where general
switches are installed, and, in any case, for guaranteeing that the sockets in your stand located outside the above-mentioned
areas are duly energised.
Fiera di Genova will not be responsible for any inconvenience resulting from failure to comply with the above-mentioned
provisions.
Possible claims must be submitted to the Fiera offices within 24 hours from the beginning of the service.
Orders will be processed according to the date of arrival and the service will be guaranteed only if available.
Service couldn’t be granted for the requests received after the deadline and/or during setting-up and/or dismantling.
