How to submit the completed Letter of Permission form:
1. Click “Submit Form” in the top right of the page.
2. In the dialogue window enter your MRU email address and full name. Click “Send”.
3. Select “Internet Mail” and click “Ok.” Note: you may not see this dialogue option if you have previously designated this information in Adobe.
4. Save the file to your computer using the following naming convention: “LOP-yourname.pdf”
5. Using your MRU email account, attach the LOP file, and send to LOP@mtroyal.ca with the Subject Line: “LOP - YourName - StudentID#”
THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR WILL NOTIFY THE STUDENT WHEN THE FORM HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
Students who are registered in parchment programs at Mount Royal may be granted permission to take a limited number of courses as visiting students at other post-secondary institutions which, if
completed successfully, will be included for credit toward their program at Mount Royal. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that Mount Royal receives the official transcript indicating the results.
A student enroled in Mount Royal should not enrol simultaneously in another educational institution without prior permission from the Registrar of Mount Royal and the Registrar of the other educational
institution the student wishes to attend.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy: The personal information you provide on, or with, this form is collected under the authority of the Post-Secondary Learning Act and the Freedom of Information and Protection
of Privacy Act in the Province of Alberta. This information will be used for academic administration, the administration of Mount Royal support services, scholarship and financial aid awards, marketing and recruitment activities
